A la sortie je me suis plaint la réceptionniste a fait comme si je n'avais rien dit et m a fait payer une taxe de séjour et le parking

die Lage ist sehr schön, man hat die Möglichkeit im selben Gebäude einzukaufen. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Im Restaurant und in der Bar sehr laute Techno Musik. Das passt nicht in ein Restaurant. Der Service im Restaurant war alles Andere als freundlich und gut. Die Weinflasche wurde bereits geöffnet gebracht, die Musik wurde erst dann leiser gemacht, als ich alles stornieren wollte. Alles ist überteuert. Das Filetsteak war zäh und teuer.

Everything during our stay was perfectly fine, but the true highlight of this place is the staff. The people working there are so incredibly kind and welcoming that words hardly do justice to their warmth and hospitality. Dogs are not only accepted here - they are genuinely adored by the staff, which made our stay even more special.

Bardzo udany pobyt. Jeżeli jeszcze raz będę w Lyonie potrzebował zameldowania w tej okolicy, to na pewno wybiorę ten hot

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Zarówno w trakcie zameldowania jak i jakichkolwiek spraw w trakcie pobytu. Śniadanie bardzo dobre :) to samo dotyczy karty Gourmet Bar.

Cons:

Wieszaki na ręczniki w łazience były niewłaściwie zamontowane. Prawdopodobieństwo będzie to wymagało wkrótce naprawy. Ale to jest drobny szczegół.

Pros:

Très bon accueil, sommes arrivés avant l’heure, mais l’hôtel a tout mis en œuvre pour que nous puissions disposer de la chambre.
Bar et partie restauration très bien 👍
Hôtel moderne, propre, proche du tram 🚋 pour circuler dans Lyon.
Point de vue très sympathique côté rivière.
Je recommande cet établissement même pour les familles car il y a des chambres communicantes.

Bonjour,
Suite à une erreur de résevation par ma secrétaire au mauvais novotel, je pensais avoir réservé celui qui se trouve au musé des confluences, j'ai du reprendre une chambre à celui-ci.
Je trouve cela vraiment pas correct de la part de novotel sachant que c'est la même chaine d'hotel.
Pour être totalement transparent je ne ferai plus de réservation dans vos hotels.
