Great location, nice staff, big room, clean and modern.
The website stated a sofa in the room but there was just a small desk chair (room 503). Also, there was no iron and ironing board.
Personnel super sympa. Hôtel très propre et bien équipé. Présence du centre commercial Confluence à côté. Le bar avec la terrasse est très agréable.
Hôtel un peu excentré pour faire du tourisme dans Lyon. Malgré tout accès rapide avec le tram.
Bij aankomst stond er een koud flesje water klaar en werden we heel vriendelijk ontvangen door de mannen van de receptie.
Eigen parkeergarage (gedeelte) was vol. Wij hadden mazzel dat er plek was in de andere ruimte
Good hotel with air conditioning!
The location is a bit far and besides the shopping mall that was hotter than a sauna because of the heat wave, there was nothing more to do around this area.

Downtime, done right. Novotel was perfect as always. Excellent location, nearby to a good selection of shops and restaurants/bistros, as well as bus and tram connections to the center. Good restaurant, beautiful bar terrace, excellent atmosphere. Secure parking & great climate control/air-conditioning.
