Très belle vue sur le quai de Saône. Petite collation offerte sur le mini bar. L’emplacement est très pratique. Je le privilégie pendant mes séjours à Lyon..
J’ai remarqué que les chambres voisines ont été rafraîchies. J’ai peut-être pas eu de chance avec la mienne. Moquette très sale. Traces d’humidité sur le mur de la chambre.
On se sent très serein dans cet établissement
Séjour agréable au Novotel de Lyon : hôtel confortable, propre et bien situé, avec un personnel accueillant, une restauration appréciable et un parking payant. En revanche, la paroi de douche donnant sur la chambre n’était pas suffisamment opaque : la personne qui se douche reste visible depuis la chambre. Ce manque d’intimité est un vrai point négatif, particulièrement lors d’un séjour entre amis ou avec des enfants.

Barre de serviettes de bain cassée, patère déboitée, accès au parking de nuit (personne ne repond à l'interphone du parking, j'ai dû aller demander à l'accueil qui a appelé la sécurité du parking)

Velice moderní hotel s milým mladým personálem. Jednoduchá rychlá recepce. Parkování v garážích za poplatek. Moc dobré snídaně. Večerní bufet byl super, přijeli jsme pozdě a vařili do 22:30. V jídelním lístku pár jídel, ale vše co jsme měli bylo výborné!
Fantastische stop onderweg op doortocht. De prijs/kwaliteitverhouding was super! Dit was eigenlijk hoe een goede hotelervaring zou moeten zijn. We komen heel graag terug.
