Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Reservations are only accepted from adults. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21. Please note that on Saturdays and Jewish public holidays check-in is possible after 18:00 only. The outdoor pool is closed from 01 November until early April. All requests for early check-in are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note, the gym is accessible only by adults of 18 years and older.

The hotel vibe fits the location, it's relaxing, comfy and well maintained. The restaurants are all very good, breakfast is excellent and service throughout the day is great.

Cons:

The Sauna could be much better, and the indoor pool is not warm enough.

Dommage que les chambres ne soient pas équiper de smart tv
Petit bémol dont l’hôtel n’est pas responsable la ville c’est beaucoup étendu et du coup on perd l’impression d’être au milieu de nul part

Es gibt kaum ein schöneres Hotel. Die Zimmer sind traumhaft schön, sehr sauber und luxuriös. Die Aussicht atemberaubend. Das Essen im Restaurant sehr lecker und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

הכניסה המאוחרת בשבת מאוד בעייתית והצוות בקבלה לא ניסה לסייע. רק כשהסמנכ"ל הציע עזרה, התברר שיש כבר חדר נקי ומוכן לכניסה. תודה לסמנכ"ל המקסים, וחבל שצוות הקבלה לא מוצא בעצמו את הדרך לקצר תהליכים.
