Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Reservations are only accepted from adults. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. Please note that on Saturdays and Jewish public holidays check-in is possible after 18:00 only. The outdoor pool is closed from 01 November until early April. All requests for early check-in are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note, the gym is accessible only by adults of 18 years and older.

Cons:

We received food poisoning from the raw beef at the restaurant. The staff seemed not to care at all (we didn’t even ask for a refund, but it seems like they had heard the complaint before, and didn’t even want to address any issues). After we left they sent some legal/PR representative to call us and make sure we didn’t leave any bad review. We had a horrible last night there, and were treated without any care on the way out, despite being quite ill from the food they had served us. It is strange considering that this is supposed to be a good hotel. I guess they don’t have any competition in the area so they don’t care to show any compassion to their guests.

Pros:

Великолепный отель с классными номерами. Ощущение уединенности, комфортная ванная комната: с душевой и ванной. Красивая и удобная терраса. Шикарная зона бассейна, комфортные лежаки и условия для отдыха.
На территории спокойно гуляют животные, что дарит особую атмосферу. Красивый вид из бассейна и ресторана на закате.

Cons:

Минусов не увидела.

היה ממש נחמד אבל עניין האוכל והכיבוד דורש שיפור

אהבנו את החדר ואת הבריכה

Cons:

הזמנו בשבת שניצלים ותפוחי אדמה והיה ממש לא אכיל, לא ידעתי שזה לא שניצל אמיתי והיה ממש יבש ולא אכיל. בנוסף התבאסנו שלא היה בחדר אפילו לא פירות או משהו נחמד לקבלת פנים… במיוחד שלקחנו את החדר הכי יקר ושילמנו כל כך הרבה ללילה. בנוסף הארוחת ערב בשבת הוכנה ביום חמישי ועדיין היה צריך לשלם 310 שח לבן אדם שזה סכום מכובד שזה קצת לא הגיוני לאוכל שהוכן שלשום.
