Pros:

Staff were very hospitable and responded to all of my requests. Free breakfast was decent. Location is so so but easy to grab a taxi if needed. Facilities are a little dated. Hot water was intermittent. Safe was broken or reset twice during my 3 day stay so had to call often to retrieve my valuables. I would stay again if I caught a deal and for short stay.

The staff ! Alma and April (front desk) along with Jemmar (security) where excellent at there jobs ! Jemmar helped in so many ways it made a big difference in the outcome of my stay ! Hats off to these people ! The buffet workers were also so friendly and always with a smile! I always say your first impression is a lasting one ! And they nailed it ! Will be returning in December her ! 😀

Pros:

Dohera is accommodating. Added additional room at 1 am and the receptionist provided excellent service. My only hope is they will provide better bath towels. Bathrooms seem to be outdated especially the shower handle.

We were taken advantage of from the laundry person. But everything else was great. The room was nice. The breakfasts were amazing. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Great value. Staff were super friendly and helpful... always greeted with a smile and kind word. 5 Star staff in a 3 star hotel. No real complaints. Now we are back home again in the states, we miss the staff and the yummy food they served!
