Excellent location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great value for money
Pros:

The location was incredible. It took me less than 5 minutes to get to and from the MRT and several malls nearby.

Cons:

I found a small gecko in my room.

Love this place. Will definitely book again. Hopefully lift is fixed by then.
Pros:

Space, cleanliness, staff, value for money, launderette.

Cons:

Limited lifts. Only 1 of 2 were working. To be fair they fave a heads up as soon as I made a booking. So kudos for that. The ongoing repairs made it very obvious that there was no service elevator.

Pros:

Clean, spacious bathroom. Really lovely staff that always welcomed you. Great location close to MRT and shopping malls. Great facilities in the kitchenette.

Cons:

No parking zone for grab/ taxi, however the staff are very helpful with liaising with the riders to arrange this

Excellent Stay with our Furkid
Pros:

Location of lanson place - 5 mins walk from
Somerset MRT and near a mini park; dog friendly - friendly and professional staff; very comfortable room - bed and pillows

Cons:

Upgrading the lift for the time being - managed our expectations before our stay by informing us that waiting time might be longer during peak timing - good work!

Pros:

Kényelmes, tágas, jól felszerelt szoba. Tömegközlekedéssel nagyon jól megközelíthető. Közvetlen közelében éttermek, vásárlási lehetőség. Kedves személyzet. Legközelebb is itt szállunk meg 🙂

Great experience.
Pros:

The location is excellent - quite close to public transport. Cabs are easy to come by. Major downtown offices are 10-12 minutes by cab. Easy to find places to eat. Lots of shopping nearby too (as would be expected in Singapore). The most valuable thing was the communal kitchen and rooms with kitchenettes inside. It made late night snacking quite easy :-)

Cons:

Cabs cannot come right to the entrance. So if you are carrying a heavy suitcase on arrival or departure, just be warned.

Everything we needed
Pros:

Exactly like the photos!
Great little gym with new equipment which wasn’t busy most of the time, housekeeping everyday and I appreciated the free laundry facilities!
Also close to everything, on the main MRT and bus routes to get around easily l.
The staff were also very friendly!
