Clean and comfortable

What I loved most about this hotel was the incredible staff. Honestly, I cannot even choose a favourite because every single person was so warm, friendly, and genuine. My sister and I were on our very first sister trip, and neither of us had ever travelled alone before, even domestically, let alone a 10 hour flight away from home. I had only ever travelled with my family or my husband, so this was a big step for us, a proper girls trip, and staying here made us feel so safe, welcomed, and cared for from the moment we arrived. It truly felt like home, with real family vibes, and the team were flexible, generous, and went above and beyond in ways that genuinely amazed us. I had stayed at another beautiful hotel in Singapore before with my husband, mostly for the Instagram factor, but this place was on another level for comfort, and I had zero jet lag and slept like an absolute queen. Honestly, I would tell anyone please do not make the same mistake I did with my first hotel, which I only booked for the Instagram views, because this place is affordable and unbelievably comfortable, and we loved it so much that we genuinely did not feel like leaving, and there is not even one single complaint from us. The location is absolutely perfect in my opinion, with Singapura Plaza only about a 5 minute walk away and Orchard Gateway literally just across the road, which was amazing too. At my previous hotel, I had to order Grab whenever I was hungry, but here I could simply walk across the street and get food, which saved money and made everything so easy. The food around the hotel was lovely, and this place truly made my stay so beautiful and wonderful, and especially for my first trip travelling without family or my husband, it made everything feel effortless and safe. The staff were once again incredible and so caring, and the hotel always smelled amazing, which I loved. The cleanliness was next level, with cleaners coming every day and everything being spotless.

Central location and loved the pool

Location was excellent (which was near Orchard Road shopping and the Somerset MRT). The room was very clean. The wifi and charging ports were ideal. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Absolutely amazing stay, everything was perfect location, cleanliness and comfort. We were staying as a family of 7 in three different accommodation types which were all great and suited our needs.
Biggest shoutout to THE most amazing and genuine staff - Ashok and his entire team took such great care of us and made our stay one to remember. I travel a lot for work in Asia and this place truly felt like coming home (again) to Singapore.

Piscine

Excellent location just off Orchard Road - about 5 minutes' walk away from the malls (beautifully decorated in the run-up to Christmas - for any British visitors, the good news is that an M&S food hall isn't too far away for those craving mince pies or hot cross buns as an alternative to Asian food). I was easily able to walk to the Botanic Gardens, Little India, Chinatown and the old colonial area near the river. Dhoby Ghaut MTR station is reasonably close.

Very pleasant apartment, serviced daily; everything of good quality and well maintained. Very little exterior or internal noise. Also liked (when rain permitted) the rooftop pool and the view - a good space to relax.

Staff incredibly helpful and efficient, and a particular thank you to the young woman who was on duty when I arrived at half past midnight after a long day travelling including a delayed flight from Bangkok; I was made to feel very welcome.

Singapore isn't the cheapest destination in the world but I thought that this accommodation represented good value for money ... and it did have a large window, whereas many cheaper rooms in the city don't have windows at all!
