Many thanks to the kind hotel staff!
Pros:

Really good location. Very helpful staff. They helped us a lot during the typhoon13 time. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful to us, when we were closed in the hotel without food and car. They answered consistently to any questions. Really appreciate!

Cons:

Nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes by foot.

We had an enjoyable stay overall. It’s a good location.
Pros:

Large room, cooking ring, washing machine, balcony, large bathroom, and promenade.

Cons:

Ventilation filter above cooktop and in general, the room could have used a deep clean. Quite dusty. TV did not have streaming service as advertised and WiFi inconsistent.

Great little tropical style hotel. Not super fancy but perfect location!
Pros:

Super convenient in Sunabe, cafes and restaurants are walkable, near the seawall, super friendly staff, very affordable, washing machine in the room.

Cons:

Walls are not that sound proof so you can hear loud neighbors. Not enough electrical outlets in the room, or very inconveniently located

Great location and wonderful staff!
Pros:

Great location to the beach and to local restaurants!

Cons:

The room had a moldy smell and the dehumidifier was covered in mold. Once we removed it, the smell improved a lot, but when the cleaned the room, they must have brought that same moldy humidifier back in to run while they cleaned because the smell was back that afternoon, but went away again the next day. We stayed a week, so were able to pinpoint the source of the smell.
