Cute hotel with super staff
Pros:

The staff were super friendly and helpful.
Clean and comfy room with lots of nice toiletries provided.
Couldn't see the sea, but the promenade was about 20m away; perfect for walking and swimming.
I liked the quieter area, and there are plenty of places to eat.

Cons:

I didn't have a car, but managed to see the area via the buses, even when they run on Okinawa time.

Great little hotel near the sea wall in Chatan/sunabe.
Pros:

Great location, tropical feel, cute rooms, kind staff.

Cons:

Rooms are not soundproof so you sometimes hear neighbors, people in the hall.

I’d say extravagant
Pros:

I liked to actually chill out and relax especially after doing something like visiting American Village or Going out yo the Okinawa Zoo

Cons:

I’d say that there’s no downside to this place. You also get a nice view of the ocean that literally right down the street.

Extremely unfortunate and uncomfortable circumstance for me!
Pros:

The manager was professional during check in and for the most part later with exception to consideration of my personal poor experience and compensation for the same.

Cons:

The wifi was not working at all for me, both beds in the room were full of dust mite and I have an extreme allergy to mite. I could not sleep all night and it caused an issue for me as I travelled for business.
I was very happy that the hotel refunded the full amount for my stay, but I think given I had become ill, could not get any sleep or any business done due to the poor wifi, I expected management would have at least offered some form of compensation beyond just the refund which was a given.

I checked out after the first night and had to move to another hotel for the rest of my trip.
