POP! Hotel Festival Citylink Bandung

Lokasi dan keramahtamahannya membuat keluarga kami nyaman menikmati liburannya

the bathroom was broken and water leaked when we showered at first day we stay, but the hotel staff was quite friendly when we asked for repair and they fixed it within quite short of time. Hotel location is good, located exactly at the same building with a shopping mall so it's easy to find almost everything you need there.

Everythings is acceptable and the airport not far from hotel

the hotel is strategic and convenient for me. I feel safe staying here. Will stay here when i came again.

Decent for that price range. Not particularly memorable, but still efficient.

the hotel was good but we stay at level 9 and the wifi was not strong that is was impossible to log in to use the wifi . but some nights during the weekdays the wifi is better . lobby area wifi is super good and the have a desktop for the hotel guest to use. from the hotel to most of the iconic places is near . all of their staff are friendly i must say super friendly . you could ask the hotel counter to get you a driver to bring you to kawah putih

I enjoy stay here.
It's just a one night stay for me to take a rest during attending exhibition in Festival Citylink Mall. It's quite fit with my purpose of my trip.
It's really comfortable place when you are just looking a simple place to take a rest. I didn't go anywhere since it's location is far from city center of Bandung.

THE ROOM IS COMFORTOBLE AND CLEAN. CLOSE TO SHOPPING COMPLEX AND EASY TO ACCESS FOOD COURT.

It was a very nice stay for me n my family. The location was good, next to a mall so we bought toothpaste n toothbrush there since the hotel only provided soap n shampoo.

One good highlight was when we went for a breakfast in the dining area, my son mistakenly spill his cereals. I told one of the hotel staff n he responded very well n cleaned the messy area right away.

It's a good stay at POP Bandung like usual place on where ever POP has been.
At here, got to change the reception that didn't really nice to welcome you with a smile.

To bad no Fridge & in-room phone. Can't keep cold drinks like Milk & if want to order foods, have to go all the way downstair to front reception then can order
That's the set back
But the Staffs there are all very helpful that's for Sure.....
