Prima hotel voor citytrip
Pros:

Ongelooflijk vriendelijk personeel. Willen alles doen om het naar je zin te maken. Niets is ze te gek. Schoon hotel en elke dag vers fruit en flesjes water. Er was zelfs een strijkijzer en een klusje. Aan niks ontbrak het. Ontbijt simpel maar prima. Toast, beleg, yoghurt, fruit, sap, koffie en thee. Locatie is ook prima om uitstapjes te maken naar de stad. Hotel ligt op loopafstand van drie metrostations. Wij vonden Borough te fijnste. Bij Elephant and Castle waren veel zwervers die je proberen te beroven.

Cons:

De bedden waren niet bepaald erg comfortabel. Erg hard en voor een tweepersoons veel te klein.

Básico pero con mucha amabilidad y buena ubicación.
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal y su atención. Puedes dejar tus maletas en recepción antes y después del check. Sus detalles de agua, caramelos y galletas. En el desayuno, todo está limpio y muy bien presentado. El baño estaba muy limpio y lo hacen todos los días como la habitación. Tienes una plancha en la habitación que puede ser muy útil. También frigorífico y todo lo necesario para hacer te o café en la propia habitación. Está a unos 15 o 20 minutos de casi todo lo más turístico y el paseo es agradable. La zona es tranquila y poco ruidosa.

Cons:

El hotel tiene un olor muy intenso a especias. Quizás por el restaurante libanés que tiene al lado. El edificio es antiguo y aunque tiene su encanto algunas cosas necesitan ser renovadas. Tiene una rara mezcla de estilos en el mobiliario y la decoración. El lavabo era demasiado pequeño y el plato de ducha extraño pues estaba en alto y no tiene fácil entrada y salida.

Welcoming
Pros:

From the start and until I left the hotel , staff were so welcoming and kind. I was a bit exhausted from travel so they welcomed me with a cold drink water etc. Room was clean all the time. In general I did not have any problem. Thank you to the staff generally 🙌🏻🙌🏻
