El mejor hotel calidad-precio del centro de Londres
Pros:

Ubicación súper céntrica. Desayuno incluído en el precio con dos mujeres extremadamente amables organizándolo para que nada falte. Muy cómodas las camas y las almohadas. Muy limpio todo. Calidad-precio insuperable!!!

Great location and very friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Great location, very welcoming staff, room small but you can see that on the photo so we werent shocked. The room has everything you need and staff gave us two bottles of water each day, not to mention that you have iron in the room, electric kattle, safe, coffee, tea, fruits etc. Breakfast is ok, i would say vegetarian based, juices, tea, coffee, milk, plant based milk…

Cons:

There wasnt a shower cabin in our room, just shower curtain so when you take a shower the water goes out of showering area.

L'accoglienza e l'assistenza da parte del personale. Avevo dimenticato a casa, in Italia, una medicina salvavita, l'eutirox 150 mg,, senza assumere quella medicina sarei potuta andare in coma. Carsham ha fatto tantissime telefonate al 111 e in farmacia per aiutarmi, mi ha anche prestato 20 sterline per pagare un taxi, che non accettava la card, che mi ha portato all'ospedale più vicino, il Saint Thomas hospital. Grazie Carsham, grazie Inghilterra.

Great hotel for a short stay of one or two nights
Pros:

Breakfast is simple but good. Location is excellent. Quiet neighborhood. We could drop off our luggage before check in time. AC in the room. Free water bottles and fruit. Very friendly staff.

Pros:

Great location, walking distance from Waterloo Station. Nice room, good air con and you could open the windows. Clean and comfortable. Communication was good between us before arrival. Fridge in the room had bottles of water which was a nice touch, plus the usual tea/coffee making facilties.

Cons:

It was all good. I would stay again.

Emplacement : arrêts de bus proche. Métro proche (arrêt elephant & castle). Très bon accueil et personnel très sympathique. Petit déjeuner simple mais suffisant et pain sans gluten disponible sur demande. Fenêtre dans la chambre et climatisation. Lit confortable.

Cons:

Chambre petite (mais comme partout dans Londres) par contre on arrivait à mettre nos valises sous le lit ce qui était pratique. Quelques traces de produits de nettoyage ou de gel douche dans la salle de bain.

Liegt zentral, man ist schnell an der U-Bahn, kann fußläufig die London Bridge erreichen, die Zimmer sind klein, aber komfortabel und sauber, das Frühstück war auch ausreichend

El personal, el hotel está bien situado cerca de varias paradas de metro, la estancia incluye el desayuno que es bastante completo.
