Soggiorno molto positivo, con accoglienza eccellente.
Pros:

L’hotel era pulito e situato in una posizione strategica, a breve distanza dal Borough Market. Molte delle principali attrazioni erano facilmente raggiungibili a piedi in circa 20-30 minuti.
Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza dal sig. Shakam, che ci ha offerto una rosa, biscotti e caramelle. Inoltre, con nostra sorpresa, ci è stata offerta gratuitamente la colazione per tutta la famiglia (tre persone) per l’intera durata del soggiorno (5 notti), nonostante non fosse inclusa nella prenotazione.
Ogni giorno erano disponibili gratuitamente frutta fresca, biscotti, caramelle e bottigliette d’acqua. In camera non mancavano tè, caffè solubile e un bollitore. Anche il giorno della partenza lo staff si è premurato di chiederci se avessimo bisogno di acqua per il viaggio.
Tutto il personale si è dimostrato estremamente cordiale e accogliente, facendoci sentire davvero a nostro agio. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura.

Cons:

La camera (una tripla) era abbastanza piccola, quindi è necessario organizzare bene gli spazi, ad esempio sistemando le valigie sotto il letto. Suggerirei di aggiungere qualche mensola in più in bagno e, in assenza dell'armadio, un appendiabiti vicino alla porta per i giubbotti, così da lasciare libera la cappelliera, che dispone di pochi appendini per i vestiti.
Inoltre, in alcune occasioni, in bagno l’erogazione dell’acqua si interrompeva per qualche secondo. Si tratta comunque di piccoli disagi, decisamente trascurabili rispetto ai numerosi aspetti positivi del soggiorno.

Cons:

My room 110 was right next to the outlet extraction unit from the adjoining kebab house and even with the double glazing it was very noisy . Also the mattress was uncomfortable as it didn’t have a topper and you could feel the studs all over the mattress through the sheet .

Pros:

We had an amazing one-night stay at the City London Hotel. From the very beginning, we received a warm welcome, and everything was clearly explained, which made us feel right at home.
The atmosphere was incredibly cosy and homely. Breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day. Although the room was on the smaller side, it was perfectly sufficient for our family of three.
The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in at a hotel, which made a big difference to our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
We would definitely come back and highly recommend it for a short stay in London.

Location, 5-10 minutes walk from Elephant and castle bus stop and underground station

Cons:

Bedsheets, duvet, pillows were not clean. Had many little hair and was not feeling fresh.
Curtains were not black out.
No storage space for the luggage.
Kettle did not look cleaned.

Pros:

A localização é top. Serviço no quarto , todos os dias, água e frutas e chá e café á disposiçâo, muito agradável.

Cons:

O quarto era muito pequenp e pouco funcional. Pequeno almoço, muito fraco. Sem um único pão fresco, sem bananas, enfim pouca escolha.
