Il personale è accogliente e disponibile, la posizione è abbastanza buona e le camere sono abbastanza attrezzate.

Its location was ideal for our few days in London. The sweets/biscuits at reception was a pleasant surprise. The area was quiet.
The bed in our room was against a wall on its left hand side meaning that getting in and out was restricted, this is just a personal preference and didn't retract from a good night's sleep.

There wasn't real issues. Room was a bit smaller than expected, few amenities could be improved (coat hangers over the table aren't much comfortable) but nothing that could ruin your holiday.

We had some issues with pipes during the first night, but it was solved efficiently the next day
Świetna lokalizacja. Personel bardzo miły, domowa atmosfera. Czyste pokoje, codzienne sprzątanie i wymiana ręczników.
Śniadania mogłyby być bardziej różnorodne i brakowało warzyw na śniadaniu.

Il personale è molto gentile. Ti accolgono con fiori freschi frutta e caramelle, sono estremamente educati e disponibili La zona non è fantastica ma non lontanissima da zone più interessanti e importanti snodi ferroviari e metropolitane
La camera era minuscola e in più aveva il tetto spiovente quindi gran parte della superficie non era utilizzabile, il letto era troppo duro, l insonorizzazione inesistente. Essendo un sottotetto si sentivano i rumori dei macchinari installati sul tetto. La camera aveva un lucernario con vetro satinato mi è stata venduta come camera Sky view 🧐. La colazione inclusa nel prezzo ma valeva 1€. La decorazione dei corridoi di pessimo gusto. La posizione non delle migliori. Il prezzo decisamente non è adeguato
Pleasant staff and a great location. The hotel has a very warm, family-like atmosphere. Guests are treated with many thoughtful extras such as cookies, coffee, candies, and water available throughout the stay. The English breakfast is excellent and a great way to start the day.
