Unfortunately, the walls are paper-thin—you can hear every single move the neighbors make. The thermostat didn't work either, leaving me freezing all night with no extra blankets in sight. On top of that, the weak boiler couldn't handle a steady temperature, forcing me into an unwanted 'contrast shower' every time I washed

Room leaves much to be desired
Pros:

Convenient and quiet location suited for my needs. Friendly staff, fresh fruits are very nice.

Cons:

The top floor room was dusty and awkward at best — uncomfortable bed, tiny bathroom, no storage at all and not even a surface to work or wall hooks to hang coat.

Would stay here again.
Pros:

Upon arrival reception couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. Rooms were small but that is expected in most European cities. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, shower was great. The continental breakfast was plentiful and popular among the guests. Location was convenient, easily walked to War Museum, Mercado Metropolitano and amazing Borough Market.
