Recommend - staff couldn’t be more accommodating.
Pros:

Convenience. Amazing meals at the hotel. Prices a bit high however was a busy weekend in Wollongong

Great room incompetent management
Pros:

The room was fresh and clean. The bed was very comfortable

Cons:

When we arrived I couldn’t access the room safe it was locked when we arrived, the fellow on reception couldn’t do anything and suggested that we get the hotel manager to sort it. When we went for dinner I asked the hotel manager who said he didn’t know what to do and would contact another manager to find out how to fix it. He proceeded to go behind the bar, grab a can of soft drink and socialise with the bar staff. He never phoned anybody finished his drink and walked off. We never saw him again. We mentioned it to the clean the next morning hoping that the next guest wouldn’t have the same issue and advised her about our interaction with the manager the night before and she said they are all like that

Perfect for a 3 night stay to attend an event close by
Pros:

Comfortable room. Nice bistro large outdoor area which would be lovely in summer. Very quiet with a small courtyard which once again would be lovely in the summer

Cons:

Purely personal, but the bed was very soft. Only 1 chair in the room-we had to bring the outside chairs in.. no toiletries in bathroom

Comfortable clean and friendly
Pros:

They advertised breakfast on the booking . com site but after asking at reception there was no breakfast facility

Cons:

Breakfast included was one of the main reasons we booked this venue

Great boutique south coast accommodation
Pros:

It was easy check in at the bottle shop, great to have hotel next door for food that I took back to my room to eat. Would stay there again.
