Good price but there were very inconvenient details for a family to stay there. The first impression was like, wow what
Pros:

The cleanness was okay. But they did not clean our room daily.
And the bathroom was smelly.

Cons:

Bathroom bad smell. And we booked two rooms for our family— they put each room as far as it could possible be.
Very inconvenient for us with 4 kids.

El lugar es cercano a todo pero hay ruido por la cercanía a carreteras.

El domingo 11 de octubre a las 8:00am no había huevos ni leche en el desayuno. La recepcionista (una chica musulmana cuyo nombre no recuerdo) me dijo que se habían quedado sin provisiones porque el proveeedor había fallado y no podían reponer los insumos. Tuvimos que desayunar en otro lado. Dijo que me devolverían una compensación a mi reserva de USD 29.00. Para mi sorpresa, el martes 13, tampoco hubo huevos. La misma recepcionista me dijo que nuevamente les había fallado el proveedor. Al check out, otro recepcionista (hombre) dijo que la primera solo había registrado que estábamos molestos porque el desayuno terminaba a las 10:00 am y no había ninguna devolución en el sistema. Pedí dejara por escrito mi reclamo pero hasta ahora no hay noticias de ellos. Muy mal servicio. Recepcionista poco profesional y mentirosa. Los baños están llenos de moho, el cuarto huele a húmedo. Tampoco había vasos para café.

Pros:

The value for money is excellent! Everything was great, but a special mention goes to Bertha at the reception, who was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful with everything we needed. Highly recommended!
