Un peu déçu car pour le prix inadmissible de ne pas avoir la climatisation comme annoncé dans l offre initiale

Il est pas normal de réserver une chambre avec climatisation sans information spécifique que celle ci ne fonctionnera qu en mai
Il a fait très chaud dans la chambre donnant plein sud . Quand on choisit un riu 4 étoiles c est inadmissible de ne pas avoir la climatisation en marche quand il fait 28 degré . Ce qui n est pas normal c est que cela ne soit pas spécifier dans le descriptif de l hôtel

Tolle Lage,zu Ostern beginnt langsam das Leben hier...

Tolle Lage, wenn man den Abschnitt Ballermann 6 gerne hat so wie ich ;-)

Cons:

Habe übersehen, das hier zu Ostern die Strandliegen und die fixen Schirme noch nicht aufgestellt sind,wahrscheinlich Ende April,
sondern nur der Strand da ist...
Ausserdem wird die Playa Palma derzeit saniert..

Leider können wir das ursprünglich gebuchte RIU San Francisco nicht bewerten, da wir bei unserer Ankunft vor Ort ohne vorherige Information oder unsere Zustimmung auf ein anderes RIU Hotel umgebucht wurden. Leider war das Personal vor Ort nicht sehr hilfreich.

Diese Umbuchung kam für uns völlig überraschend und wurde uns erst bei der Anreise mitgeteilt. Das alternative Hotel verfügte nicht über die für uns bei der Buchung ausschlaggebenden Ausstattungsmerkmale, wie die direkte Strandlage, einen Indoor-Pool sowie einen Jacuzzi.

Wir sind über diesen Ablauf sehr enttäuscht, da wir uns bewusst für das ursprünglich gebuchte Hotel entschieden hatten und uns auf genau diese Ausstattung sowie die Lage gefreut haben. Eine vorherige Absprache oder zumindest eine rechtzeitige Information hätten wir in jedem Fall erwartet.

Insgesamt hat diese Erfahrung unser Vertrauen in die RIU-Hotelkette leider negativ beeinflusst.

1 A Lage, tolles Personal,, exquisite Essen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück und Abendessen war abwechslungsreich und bester Qualität und es wurde ständig bis zum Schluss nachgelegt. Die Bedienung war in jedem Bereich hervorragend und es wurde schnell eingedeckt und regelmäßig abgeräumt und alle waren immer hilfsbereit und superfreundlich. Wir hätten gern noch eine Tischtennisplatte draußen am Pool gehabt. Bei kaltem Wetter ins Dampfbad zum Aufwärmen war toll.

Cons:

Zum Frühstück einen Cappuccino oder Latte Macciato zu bekommen oder selbst an einer Maschine ziehen zu können, wäre toll gewesen,, wobei der Kaffee aus den Thermoskannen, die auf jeden Tisch gestellt wurden, sehr kräftig und lecker war.

War alles top.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Riu San Francisco gebucht, und wurden erst beim ankommen darüber informiert das es überbucht wäre. Also mussten wir in ein anderes Riu. Schade ! Und nicht schön, das wir es erst vor Ort erfahren haben.
