Pros:

Snídaně byla velmi dobrá. Očekávaný standard pro takový hotel. Cítila jsem se příjemně. Hotel byl čistý, kousek od zastávky autobusu, který jezdí na letiště i do Palmy. Hotel hned v první linii u moře na dlouhé promenádě. Skvělá lokalita. Cestovala jsem sama a personál byl všímavý, starali se o mé pohodlí, velmi přátelští - dokonce byl malý dáreček v noci na 6. prosince, balíček sladkostí na klice od pokoje, odpolední svařák pro hosty v době adventu (hotel asi zaměřený na německou klientelu, takže vše přizpůsobeno). Především děkuji managerovi restaurace, bohužel jsem zapomněla jméno. Byl na mě velmi milý. Děkuji za hezký pobyt.

Grundsätzlich bin ich mit dem Riu San Francisco sehr zufrieden und komme seit Jahren in dieses Haus, weil die Lage für meine Bedürfnisse optimal ist. Die Ausstattung stimmt mittlerweile nach dem Umbau/der Modernisierung auch wieder.

Cons:

Trotz sehr früher Buchung und entsprechender Bestätigung wurden wir im Schwesterhotel riu Concordia geparkt. Auch meine Schwester mit ihrem Mann, viel später gebucht, war von dieser Umbuchung betroffen. Freunde, die sehr kurzfristig gebucht hatten, wären dagegen im San Francisco problemlos untergekommen, hatten aber aus Solidarität zu uns dem Hotelwechsel zugestimmt. Eine nachvollziehbare Begründung haben wir dafür nicht erhalten. Wir vermuten, dass es der Tatsache geschuldet war, dass ich erstmals mit Rollstuhl angereist bin und leider gewisse Sonderbehandlung angefragt hatte.

Frühstücks-und Abendbuffett war super. Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend. Der Wellnessbereich klein mit 2 Wasserbecken ( Whirlpool). Das Personal immer freundlich.

Leider keine Leihbademäntel vorhanden, aber Handtücher für den Wellnessbereich.

Personal bol priateľský a jedlo bolo celkom dobré, pomerne široký výber jedál

Wellness a spa velmi podpriemerné, v jacuzzi nebola vobec taká tepla voda ako by mala, na izbe v posteli sme našli zastrčené cudzie spodné prádlo, izba nemá skoro žiadne vybavenie, nedostanete vodu, chladnička je prázdna, nato že tam je wellnes nedostanete župan ani papučky, asi by som sa sem už nevrátila.

Wer um 9 Frühstücken oder Abendbrot um 20.00 möchte,da sah das Buffet teils total unansehnlich aus, es lag viel Essen in und um die Schüsseln rum oder es gab teils nur leere Teller/Schüsseln zu sehen und tgl dasselbe, teils war das Essen nicht schmackhaft.
Kein Billiardtisch für die Urlauber.

Die Seite/Zimmer zur Straße, sind sehr laut, leider konnte man die Temperatur der Zimmer nicht selbst einstellen, deshalb etwas sehr warm, Türen konnte man, durch den Sturm halt nicht auflassen.
