Excellent hotel great location friendly and helpful staff good choice of food and drinks nice swimming pools nice lounge bar and entertainment area good variety of entertainment two acts that stood out were the Aero skaters and Euterpe ,we will definitely return to this hotel.

The travel itself was made even better with Tui Palace Palmeras services. Quality service and good customers to be with. 👍🏾

I thought the band of music had to long breaks and most people left. I think 10 min would be enough.

The hotel is very well run and in a very good position.
The staff in all areas are very good.
Excellent choice of food in restaurant.
Our room was excellently cleaned every day
Only criticism was the evening entertainment, we were there for 9 nights and felt only 2 of those nights
The acts were very good, the El Divo tribute act and one other. The rest didn’t hold people’s attention.
Every other night there were only about 20-30 people left in the area at 10pm. Could do with more tribute acts.

The aim of our holiday was to get plenty of rest, food and drink and these objectives were fully achieved. There weren't many other British people staying at the hotel, but we had expected that as we have stayed here before, so we didn't have that as a particular downside. The evening entertainment was quite weak, but again this was anticipated. The staff are all very good. We will aim to return within the next 12 months.

Stayed here 2.5 years ago and thought we'd return. We thought that the quality of the food had dipped a little in that time but the staff were all (with one exception) all very helpful and friendly. The accommodation was good (although we did request a room change after finding what looked like cockroaches in the bathroom) but the quality of the evening entertainment was mixed. Having said that, the entertainment provided by Il Divo was excellent. The hotel is ideally located, close to the beach, sand dunes, bus stops and main shopping/entertainment area at the Yumbo.

It is just a perfect hotel. Location, territory, food, rooms, staff are amazing. But this hotel is not for yang. Mostly it is for people after 50 y.o. So your stay will be quite and passive.

I would prefer a little softer beds otherwize the room was great. Poolarea is fantastic and great that the water is really warm

Hard to fault. One of the many positives was the staff - all but one were happy and friendly and contributed to the relaxed, friendly vibe.

Superb Hotel - Incredible Food. Staff are brilliant. Rooms immaculate. Pools lovely. Never a problem getting loungers. Other guests were all lovely. Leans towards adults as a venue.

Amazing hotel. Great food and all in all top class experience.
To small things: Gym could be better equipped and dinner in Krystal is not as good as in the buffet restaurant. However the buffet is also really good.
