Great location. Use of laundry and pool.
Bathroom tiles needed cleaning and Roman shades were difficult - which was obvious as staff left them the way they did.
Parking was a nightmare. I parked on the street, and communicating with the Parking company was the worst. The hotels option of off street parking for $18, didn't count the $20 additional for the plastic card needed and non

We have stayed here when we visit Spokane. It’s in a great location, close to downtown shopping and restaurants. We walk everywhere so it’s worked for us so far.
It’s bummer we have to pay for parking on top of the regular charges. We have used their laundry room and the first time all worked great but this time both machines seemed to not be working well. We did report to staff.

Very comfortable . They made sure to have clen towels daily trash then and covers pulled down.
Parking. I am handicap and had to park further from motel in parking garage which normally charge 18 dollars a day or pay parking meter which is also expensive.

Great value. Great location. Gym access to pool and peloton.
The facilities were nice and clean. Big tv in the room.
The remote didn’t work like almost the entire time had to take the batteries out every single time. The bed was soooooo soft it hurt to sleep in.
Very clean, love the old architecture. Beds were comfy. On the edge of downtown, but still close enough to walk a few blocks to shopping and dining.
The parking garage is two blocks away, which isn't ideal with luggage.
the historical and beautiful architecture and character of the hotel. Very friendly staff. My gma lived in spokane and i remember going to old buildings that look so nice (woodwork, cool elevator, fire escape/balcony iron, etc),
The price was AMAZING - in fact it beat all other hotels and to boot - we got to have character of the building (vs. your usual hotel experience).
Staff were also helpful since i'm using crutches
Trying to figure out how parking worked (a midnight arrival).
I couldn't have done the parking and walking to the room on crutches, so thankful for my daughter dropping me off then parking.
No ramp or ADA access to front door, but railings were solid and helpful to get up the stairs.
Bed was a tad soft - i sorta felt like i was going to slide off (had to share the bed with my daughter so i couldn't move to the middle)
