Pros:

The hotel workers were very helpful and nice. The breakfast buffet was robust. I ate dinner in the hotel and they had very good options as well. The room is large and the neighborhood is very safe.

Cons:

Nothing major - I wish the TV was a bit bigger in the room when watching the world cup. But I went to watch the very large TV in the lobby instead. Of course, this was a personal preference.

Pros:

Nessa segunda vez que me hospedei, o atendimento dispensado pelos funcionários Bruno e João Paulo fizeram toda a diferença.
A limpeza do quarto estava impecável dessa vez.

A estadia foi muito boa.
Pros:

A localização é ótima. O quarto é amplo e a cama confortável. Os travesseiros são bons e a roupa de cama e toalhas bem higienizadas.
O café da manhã é bem diversificado. O suco é natural. O preço do café é caro.

Cons:

O chuveiro, ao menos do meu quarto, é um pouco estranho, tipo bica. Mas funcionou e esquentou normal.

Nosso quarto era antigo , com instalações muuuuuito velhas. Ouvi dizer que tem quartos reformados, mas o que nos colocaram está completamente ultrapassado e nao vale , de jeito nenhum, a diária cobrada.

Lo staff, la camera grandissima e pulitissima, sentirsi al sicuro nell'albergo, in un quartiere elegante e abbastanza tranquillo, l'ottima colazione, il cibo

Manca una piscina, pur piccola: ci sarebbe lo spazio... e anche la palestra
Nelle suite manca un bollitore per il te, ampiamente giustificato dal prezzo, e alcuni dettagli in relazione al prezzo
