Arreglar el elevador y estimular a recepcionistas para que sean amables

Las instalaciones excelentes, camas cómodas, aun pueden mejorar los alimentos de su restaurante

Cons:

En el tercer piso el elevador queda a desnivel en relación con el piso, lo que ocasionó la caída de mi familiar quien es persona de la tercera edad, afortunadamente ella esta bien. Tampoco me gustó la poca amabilidad de las recepcionistas, pero el resto del personal fueron muy amables.

...las instalaciones en general se encuentran en buenas condiciones.

Cons:

...la habitación contaba con insectos (cucarachas), y no es que estuvieran en lugares inaccesibles u ocultos, era latente y a la vista su presencia en todos los espacios de la habitación!!!

Lo único malo del hotel es que tiene insectos desagradables (cuc@r@cha$) y las sabanas pican!!! De ahí en fuera, todo bien
