Abbiamo prenotato un soggiorno di 7 notti, ma siamo stati costretti a lasciare l’albergo dopo una sola notte a causa di un improvviso e grave peggioramento delle condizioni di salute di un familiare, poi purtroppo deceduto.
Nonostante la causa di forza maggiore, abbiamo pagato l’intero importo, circa 1.200 €, per una sola notte. Non è stata concessa alcuna forma di flessibilità, né uno sconto né un voucher per un futuro soggiorno, nemmeno a fronte di spiegazioni dettagliate e documentabili.
Non mettiamo in discussione il regolamento, ma segnaliamo una gestione estremamente rigida e priva di sensibilità verso una situazione umanamente molto delicata.
La struttura può anche risultare adeguata, ma l’assenza totale di attenzione al cliente in circostanze eccezionali ha reso l’esperienza complessivamente negativa.ò

Our stay at the Stella Alpina hotel was very pleasant, highly recommended

A stay in a hotel for every recommendation, a very spacious room with a walk-in closet. saunas for staying after skiing. all kinds of food for breakfast. every dinner is a story for itself local, gala, with live music it lasted 2.5 hours very professional and friendly staff but with a homely atmosphere. the landlady Carla very friendly . No one wrote in the other comments but I would point out the girl at the reception (I assume a family member ? ) for her kindness, all the information in excellent English, spacious parking nearby, heated lockers for ski boots and skis, the hotel is on great location near several skiers
mainly the service and comfort of the stay above the price of the stay, you can feel the family commitment to the overall tourism, sorry for the long review, but we also deal with tourism, so I feel free to write detailed, objective but good recommendations, I hope that the review will help someone, because we read them before booking

Silenzioso e tipo come cercavamo

L'arredamento tipico fatto in legno, la cabina armadio in camera, la vista sulle montagne, la variegata scelta della colazione a buffet.

Cons:

I cuscini troppo morbidi ma l'addetta alle pulizie è stata gentilissima e ci ha procurato altri 2 cuscini più duri

Hotel tres charmant avec decoration alpine, ambiance chaleureuse, les propritaires etaient tres serviable et sympatique, parking spacieux, un bon petit dejeuner, la vue depuis notre balcon etait epoustouflante

Cons:

Le Wi-Fi dans la chambre était un peu faible, mais avec toutes les qualités mentionnees ce n’est qu’un petit detail sans importance
