The location was excellent opposite to the lake and nice view of mountains
Pros:

The room was clear. The restaurant was amazing with amazing staff and the food was delicious.
The breakfast time was 08:00 hours and during all days nobody was in the hotel to serve the breakfast till 08:00 hours and on one day I had to call emergency number to enquire about the availability of the breakfast since there is no staff available and they only come around 8. Also they only served cold breakfast viz deserts, bread, cheese and ham

Cons:

The breakfast time is 08:00 which is too late.
There is no possibility of coffee in the room or in common area and since there is nobody in the hotel you don't get even a coffee in the morning until they come and open the restaurant at 8 AM.

Schönes gut gelegenes Hotel mit Restaurant
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch im Restaurant war alle perfekt und mega lecker. Wir kommen sicher wieder einmal.

Parkplätze am Haus kostenlos, Gutes Frühstück, Günstige Lage für diverse Aktivitäten, gutes Restaurant im Hause

Cons:

Bei unserem Empfang Self-Check-Inn lag unser Schlüssel nicht an der Rezeption. Nach Telefonat bekamen wir dann kurz danach den Schlüssel übergeben.

Albergo carino pulito a 2 passi dal confine con la Svizzera,si mangia molto bene al ristorante senza necessità di preavviso visto che prendono anche clienti esterni

Il personale della colazione scortese e poco flessibile,non rispetta gli orari della colazione portando via tutto mezz'ora prima! il primo giorno di colazione siamo arrivati mezz'ora prima dell'orario di chiusura ,neanche ci siamo messi seduti e già ci hanno chiesto se volevamo altro per poter togliere tutto! Ben peggio l'ultimo giorno, siamo arrivati 20 minuti prima dell'orario di chiusura della colazione ed era già stato tolto tutto!!! La ragazza voleva rifilarci un cornetto xké nn voleva riportare niente al tavolo! Una cosa inaccettabile, visto che io ho pagato per tale servizio e prima dell'orario di chiusura della colazione nn dovrebbero togliere niente!!! Ce ne siamo andati a fare colazione al bar per evitare ulteriore disturbo!

Te kort om alles werkelijk goed te beoordelen. Voor een doorreis is het prima.

Het enige minpuntje is dat de kamers nogal gehorig zijn. Maar als je in vakantiestemming bent is dat geen probleem -;

Schöne Unterkunft direkt am See, perfekt.
Pros:

Eine schöne Unterkunft, mit schönem Blick auf den See. Direkt am See gelegen. Da konnte man gleich nach der Ankunft ein Bad im See genießen. Ein Restaurant ist gleich im Haus. Wir waren auf der Durchreise nach Italien. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt auf der Strecke. Von daher perfekt.

Für ein schönes Erlebnis am Luganer See immer gerne wieder!
Pros:

Alles war rundum schön! Die Lage ist super! Gleich gegenüber gibt es eine sehr schöne Badestelle mit Zugang zum See! Zudem ist der Parkplatz gleich beim Hotel und am See!

Cons:

Leider ist die Auswahl beim Frühstück etwas kurz ausgefallen. Bspw. gab es weder gekochte Eier noch Rührei. Auch gab es keine Brötchen sondern nur Toast oder eine Art Baguette. Etwas mehr Auswahl würde die Erfahrung deutlich steigern!

Hinweise: Wer einen Hund hat, muss an der Straße vor dem Hotel sehr aufpassen. Dort ist recht viel Verkehr.
