Nothing for value for money
最初に5泊、その後数日ロンドンを離れ、戻ってきてから2泊しました。その間、大きい荷物を預かっていただき、大変助かりました。
6月後半はすでに気温が30℃前後あり、エアコンなしだとかなり暑くなりそうだったので、着いてから急遽、エアコンのある部屋に変えていただき、おかげで快適に過ごすことができました。
また、スタッフの皆さんはとても優しく、重い荷物を持っていたら、階段で運ぶのを手伝ってくださったり、何かと声をかけてくださり、ありがたかったです。
またぜひロンドンに行く際は、泊まりたいです！

The staff were so friendly and welcoming and full of really useful information of how to get to places and venues . Free fruit and water available was very welcome on the hottest days of the year
No lifts and stairs a bit steep but not too much of a problem

Rooms are small and thin walls also dont have A/C in summer thats little bit hot but besides that excellent hotel and management is super nice

1000% - would recommend to anyone planning to visit any part of London (business or tourism)! Location, location, location - Newham was an amazing spot. Affordable, accommodating, generous from the moment I arrived till I left. Excellent, excellent, excellent. 22 minutes from Tower Hill Tube, 50 minutes away from Heathrow.
Everything was superb. Nothing to add. Go for the air conditioning option in the summer.
