Quiet
My room wasn’t the cleanest
The staff were so friendly and genuinely helpful. Location 7mins walk down same street to elevator that goes to Excel East or 10mins to Excel West Elevator (dont trust Google, it tells you to walk around train tracks but elevator and bridge goes right over it all in 2mins total). Went for concert and was very relaxed to be able to walk even with toddler. Breakfast was fresh cooked to order. Fresh fruit and bottled water available at all times for free was a lovely surprise. Laundromat across the road also handy, spent an hour there final day and had fresh clothes for a change on return travel. Room was clean and comfy, had all amenities plus was cleaned daily. Another massive positive for the staff, literally every person from front desk to cleaners were so nice. Really above and beyond. Super delighted to have discovered this hotel, wouldn't stay anywhere else for future Excel events.
Price was too high for the facilities and location. R9om size was very very small.

Room Was great, Stayed with Family. Good size. Good access with Private Balcony. We had secure parking in the rear car park which was a bonus. They stay was comfortable and pleasant.
