Their reception was nice. Provided water and snacks on arrival.assisted me in checking in and out
They changed my allocated room into other facility near by and it was super hot, minimal ventilation
The location was very close to ExCel london where we attended a conference. It was about 10mins or less walk. The neighbourhood had a lot of local stores and shops to get groceries and fast food. The hotel served breakfast which was good.
Although the hotel room where we stayed did not have an air-conditioning; a fan was in the room which helped us cope with the weather

Good location
Excellent value for money. The staff was nice and welcoming. 24/7 complimentary fresh fruits at the reception. A cold bottle of water given upon arrival. Comfy and clean room. Ok English breakfast. Gated carpark and, they even told me if I wanted to leave my car for the rest of the day after checkout, it was possible. All of that for £85, London area, really can't complain.

There wasn’t any air conditioning so it was very warm in the room but we were kindly provided with a fan
