Pros:

Hôtel répondant en tout point à des vacances idéales. Emplacement exceptionnel, personnel hyper agréable et professionnel. Nourriture super bonne.

Dieser Ort ist auf so vielen Ebenen einfach besonders, die Lage ist unschlagbar, das Personal sehr nett und das gesamte Hotel -wenn auch in die Jahre gekommen- ein wundervolles Ambiente und sehr sauber!

Ottima la cura verso il cliente. Personale gentile e disponibile. Cibo molto buono e vario. Ho apprezzato la possibilità di cenare in terrazza. L’hotel è posizionato tra due bellissime spiagge.

Cons:

Le camere sono comode e spaziose ma sarebbero da svecchiare un pò nell’arredameto che è davvero troppo datato. Piscina bella ma poco accessibile per via dei lettini sempre occupati dai clienti con i teli mate

Hotel vieillot, service et emplacement exceptionnels

L emplacement exceptionnel. Le service, l accueil.

Cons:

Les piscines sont belles mais froides. C est un hotel assez vieillot dans sa configuration et ses équipements. Il correpond assez bien à la clientèle qui le fréquente. La nourriture est variée, et conforme ce type d hotel. On est assez loin de la nourriture typique de l ile. Les clients reservent leur transat la piscine très tôt le matin

Pros:

Everyone was so friendly, polite and very nice. Especially the stuff on the reception, and the pool bar- woman serving the palms beach, long hair.
As for the hotel, the water was cold in pool, we couldnt swim. The water from ocean was better, more warm. They offer heated, warm pools, but not deliver.
The food was tasty, amazing, lots of choice.

The hotel room we took the suite, it was nice. But for the suite we expected a little more. Otherwise, very clean. The stuff was amazing, very nice cleaned every day, was a joy to step into the room when it was done.

Also loved the bar was serving original drinks, which doesnt happen in most all inclusive hotels.


The location, island was amazing.

Cons:

Oh and the bed, we took the suite (expensive), our king bed was made out of two beds on wheels. So no sleeping in the middle of the ‘’bed’’.

ISLOTE DE LOBOS VIAJE EXPRES UNA NOCHE DOS DIAS.

La ubicacion junto al mar y las vistas justo frente islote de lobos y Lanzarote.
El personal. Concretamente Javier dispuesto em todo momento a ayudarme en lo qie necesiraba para mejorar mi estancia. Muy atento.

Cons:

Que se cobre por el Minibar de la habitacion.
Hay otros hoteles en los que he estado y no se cobran. Ademas de cortesia te ponen hasta refresfos, cava, cerveza y xlaro no podria faltar el agua.

Having stayed at Tres Islas before, I knew what to expect. My trip gave me the chance to rest, unwind and relax in comfortable surroundings with sunshine, beach views, walks and swims when the red flags weren't flying, with a variety of good food and good service.
The only drawback was the number of towels on sunbeds that were never used during the day which meant some days I was unable to find a suitable sunbed i.e. with a shade to use during that day.
