Location fantastic.
Food was good.
Staff were excellent.
Hotel needs a little work done.
Pools are okay.
First of all, don’t book this place if there is the slightest chance of wind, as the windows are not properly closing. The interior is filthy. The manager (forgot the name, short guy in a suit) is not up to his task, yelled at people, doesn’t understand the psychology of managing complaints.
Blick genial, traumhaft.
Love it
All services were very good
Never a great room for singles
Another annual winter break to the Fuerteventura Riu Palace Tres Islas that is such a great start to the year where everything in the Hotel is first class. The rooms are comfortable and clean with plenty storage for an extended break, the food is top quality with the staff friendly, attentive and professional. The setting is great for those looking for a relaxing break with miles of sandy beaches to walk and explore.
The hotel is beginning to show its age. We understand why there are no plans for major works.
During our stay 2 of the 4 lifts were out of order for some or all of the time. Our balcony door did not latch shut properly so we could not use the air-con/heating. The wind whistle noise would have driven us mad if we had stayed longer.
The dining room staff were very helpful meeting gluten free needs at breakfast and dinner. By the end of the holiday they would offer Gluten Free at breakfast before I had chance to ask!
As we were not staying 'all inclusive' the only Gluten free option available for lunch was the same salad or chips. The staff did not offer any alternatives. Disappointing as on their website a menu is listed which offers additional choices which are gluten free. Thankfully we were out and about and were able to eat and find lunches elsewhere. Hiperdino Express within walking distance. Otherwise transport is needed.
Alles war gut, ich habe keine Beanstandungen.
Alles ist in Ordnung
Excellent hotel. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food is wonderful and the pool area and gardens are to a high standard. Good location for exploring and the beach is lovely. These is also a sauna and gym that I used daily.
What makes this amazing Hotel is not only the beachfront location but the fabulous staff they just carnt do enough for you
The food is amazing something for everyone
After going to lots of Riu hotels and been a Diamond card holder for many years . We have no idea how this hotel can be given Palace status. Only having the main restaurant and one specialist restaurants. Not a very large choice of food . Unless your a big fish and smoked meat lover . Specialist restaurant is impossible to get to if your disabled down a very long steep staircase. In fact this hotel isn't very disabled friendly at all . Only one ramp to the pool area that is through the main restaurant. Where people are sat and dont realise its the only way through. The pool has a slope and rail area to help get in . Again Palace !! One bar ! For the whole hotel ! Wait ages to get served or even a waiter . Even though the staff a very friendly and helpful. Riu need to take a good look at refurbishment of this hotel . The staff do a brilliant job of keeping somewhere so old so clean .
We were in a suit so large space . However again not disabled friendly . No walk in shower. Only over the bath . That was very difficult to get in and out .
Mini bar . Unless your all inclusive youhave to pay for the mini bar . They dont like giving extra beer ! Gave my husband one can ! The beach looks beautiful. However its impossible for me to get on it .
All in all. Unless Riu Refurbish this hotel we will not return .
Beautiful beach right next to the hotel. Staff are all friendly. I received a bottle of lovely sparkling wine and a bag of sweets on my birthday. A wonderful place for a relaxing holiday in the middle of winter. Very good standard of fresh food. Lots to choose from. My favourite was seafood. Salad buffet & cold dishes for starters were excellent, too. Not for those who need lots of entertainment or shopping opportunities.
Friendly staff. Amazing location with a great 🏖️ beach. Well cleaned rooms.Great local scenery.
The food was of a good standard but not overly exciting. The jacuzzi is no longer there which I miss from being there on my last visit’s which have been around six times now of returning to this hotel for my February winter break with my wife.
