Estancia muy agradable para el relax y descanso
Pros:

Lo mejor la atención del personal sin duda, atentos y agradables todo el rato y dispuestos a solucionarte dudas y ayudarte. Sin duda lo mejor de la estancia.

Cons:

Great hotel for chilling out.
Pros:

Fantastic time at this hotel , the restaurants are amazing, such a lot of choice.
All the staff are really helpful and friendly and can't do enough to help.
There is a great choice of swimming pools and plenty of sunbeds to go around.
Amazing bars so you'll never get short of something to drink.
The shows are also very good as the entertainment team work very hard and are great to watch.
The location is also very good with amazing views .
Would go back no problem

La douceur en hiver
Pros:

Très grand complexe hôtelier au bord de mer. Notre chambre était située près d’une piscine, côté jardin. Rien à dire quant au bruit. C’était très calme et paisible. Malgré le nombre de clients, il n’a jamais été difficile de trouver des transats disponibles. La chambre était propre et disposait du confort nécessaire. Les lits (jumeaux) etaient bien larges et confortables. Le buffet était gigantesque mais manquait un peu d’originalité même s’il était compliqué de ne pas y trouver son bonheur, par contre le petit déjeuner était royal.
Il y a des distributeurs de boissons répartis dans tous les coins du complexe, pratique.

Cons:

L’eau des piscines était fraîche pour pouvoir en profiter en cette période, apparemment, même le spa n’était pas chauffé. Le parking payant est quelque peu surprenant d’autant qu’il est quasiment impossible de se stationner ailleurs. Les hôtels RIU nous avaient habitué à mieux quant au choix des cocktails proposés dans les bars, seuls 7 basiques sont à la carte et malgré la disposition de tous les ingrédients, il n’a pas été possible de se faire servir un autre cocktail basique. Un peu décevant pour un all-in.
Les 4 restaurants à thème sont disponibles moyennant réservation mais comme il ne sont ouverts que 4 jours, il ne nous a pas été possible de réserver(pourtant dès notre arrivée ) 2 d’entre eux dont le restaurant plus gastronomique qui est pris d’assaut.

Completely faultless
Pros:

We had a superb few days at RIU Gran Canaria & could not fault it. Great facilities & in a perfect position overlooking the sea. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful, the rooms are comfortable & the food selection/quality was excellent.

Excellent stay
Pros:

This was our 3rd time staying at riu gran canaria and again had a great holiday .When we arrived we were upgraded for free to a swim up suite , it was lovely we had seen them on previous visits and wondered what they were like . Everyday the room was cleaned spotless and mini fridge replaced and plenty of water we couldn't have asked for more . The balcony was great with sunbeds , brolley and chairs it was lovely to sit there Everyday and the sun was on the balcony all day. The food was great plenty of choice , we enjoyed the sports bar every evening. Staff were friendly and the service was good . We love the riu hotels we have stayed in a few you can't go wrong . The grounds were kept so clean the staff work really hard . Hope to be back next year

For the desserts it would have been good to have a choice of pies like apple crumble or aplle pie or cheesecake something more than just cupcakes and fresh fruit, British people like thede desserts, otherwise great.
