Pros:

Localização muito boa, pode caminhar até aeroporto e na estação de trem. Perto do centro, do rio e das atrações na cidade.
Quarto não tinha janela mas não foi problema nenhum.

Cons:

Poderia ter opção de café da manhã talvez.

Cons:

La troppa fiscalità, vuoi una finestra devi pagare di più, viene a farti visita una persona deve dare il passaporto. La fiscalità eccessiva può dare fastidio, dovrebbero avere maggiore flessibilità.

It was decent and cheap.
Pros:

The staff waited for me even though my flight was delayed and I arrived past 2AM.

The second lock was not working well, it’s kind of scary people can just get in.

My Home in Da Nang
Pros:

The hotel is located strategically, within walking distance of the major tourist attractions. The rooms were huge, hot, and the water pressure was good, clean and always smelled fresh. Staff were very kind, polite and proactive. Surrounded by a lot of restaurants and food stalls. I will definitely come back again whenever I am in Da Nang, and I recommend the hotel for staying in Da Nang.

古いけど、広さもまあまあ、立地もよい。スタッフが残念！
Pros:

大聖堂、ハン市場に近くて場所がとてもよかった。1泊2千円くらいでコスパもgood.

Cons:

4泊予約して、深夜便で帰国するのでもう1日延長した。
3泊目からベッドメーキングされず、クリスマスだから？boxing dax？と思ったが、残念だった。
また、部屋の水が小さいのはfree 大きいのは有料と誰も教えてくれずチェックアウト時に水代を請求された。
NHK world が2日間うつったが、その後はTV接続できなかった。

Pros:

Very kind staff. The smaller room with a window and the nice shower. I was able to enter the hotel after midnight coming by train from Nha Trang. Room cleaning every day. it is nearby a big market selling everything.

Cons:

I was in a big room the first night. I much preferred the smaller one with a window to the ally.
