Pros:

The room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable, it even had a desk and a futon sofa.
The staff insisted on helping us carry our luggage.

I haven't stayed elsewhere in Da Nang but for the price we paid the conditions were incredible compared to other places in Vietnam.

Sehr gute Lage und große Zimmer.

Cons:

- Keine Dusche, nur Badewanne als Duschmöglichkeit
- beim Check Out mussten wir noch 4 Flaschen Wasser bezahlen, aber es gab dazu auf den Zimmern keine Info am Kühlschrank oder sonst wo
- Morgens war es doch sehr laut wenn der Zimmerservice begonnen hat, da die Zimmer schon sehr hellhörig sind

Pros:

Amazing! Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we even had a minibar, which we weren’t expecting haha — I loved it!!
Everything was spotless, and we were offered room cleaning every day.
I’m infinitely grateful for the kindness of the women at reception, who patiently helped and understood our situation after two flights were canceled. They also allowed us to store our luggage until our bus departure.
The location is incredible — I highly recommend it and hope to come back someday.

Cons:

If I had to mention something negative or something that could be improved, it would be that the shower temperature was a bit unstable — nothing too serious though.
But I do think it’s important to mention that the fish tank at reception is very beautiful and large, but I wish the fish had more environmental enrichment: pebbles, plants, or whatever is needed to make their lives as good as possible.

friendly and helpful staff and decent room.

Cons:

The hot water quantity seems limited as there was no running hot water on my second morning. There were noisy neighbors on the same floor and you heard loud voices from your room.

The bathroom has mold on the grout, and there is a faint musty smell throughout the entire room. The same goes for the air conditioning.
