Check Your Room
Pros:

The entrance and restaurant area were well kept and clean. Lobby and entryway very aesthetically pleasing Food was good overall a few of my group paid for the seafood buffet and some other meals. The breakfast was ok. The overall staff was very friendly and helpful for the most part. Great proximity to beach and shopping.

Cons:

I booked a total of 6 rooms for family and friends. The upkeep of the guest rooms is poor. Management definitely needs to do better. We had an issue with room cleaning issues. All the linens/towels/ bedding need to be replaced and taken out of circulation. We had to have bedding changed and towels replaced in some rooms. One room found a poopy hand print by the toilet which they didn’t see until returning late at night. And the room smelled of sewage.

Some of the front desk staff need to listen more and apologize less while rushing you off the phone. Especially since I’m calling with an issue, I had to then call back because the issue was resolved the first time.

I not saying don’t stay, BUT if you do definitely check your room and bedding for cleanliness.

A Wonderful Bali Holiday – Amazing Staff and Beautiful Memories!
Pros:

What an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, kind, helpful and always greeted us with a genuine smile.

The hotel has such a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere, lovely swimming pools and a fantastic location. Everything about our stay made it easy to relax and enjoy our holiday.

I travelled with my daughter, Madison, and we made some unforgettable memories here. What really stood out was the staff. Their warmth and hospitality made this holiday extra special.

We genuinely felt at home, and I cannot thank everyone enough for making our Bali holiday such an amazing experience.

We would absolutely love to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali!

Cons:

Nothing at all! Our only disappointment was having to leave. We had such a wonderful time and wished we could have stayed longer!

Wouldn’t recommend,pools dirty,no ambience to the place, No hot water. The staff and being near the beach is the only go

The Staff and the coffee shop. Also being close to the beach

Cons:

The hotel is run down. You have to run ALL taps in bathroom for 5 mins to get any hot water. Both pools were horrible. The large one is cloudy and not clean, smaller one had a film across it and a black rim around the edge which marked your body and bathers if you accidentally rubbed against it. Breakfast was average.
Photos on here are nothing like the Hotel. Was extremely disappointed
