Cons:

Very, very bad service and receptionist was very, very rude. Not even allowed 30 minutes before we had kids.. Even the rooms were empty.. Not given soap, toothpaste, brush, shaving kit.. The food was horrible.Not even 1 rating, and I need to give negative only for their services.. Owner has to wake up .. The receptionist keeps on says please ask the owner, and she is not responsible." Then owner has to be in the reception.. No courtesy and no smile on her face.. she stares everyone .

Мы в этом отеле жили много раз, но 4 года назад, я перестал его заказывать, так как становилось все хуже и хуже. Сейчас из-за его отличного расположения и цены решил проверить, что может, что-то изменилось, но нет ничего не изменилось. Полотенца старые, делают вид, что меняют каждый день, но это не так, уборка 3 комнатного номера 90м2 занимает от 3-5 мин, кондиционеры еле живые, очень грязные (фильтра сами мыли), пляжных полотенец не хватает на всех (выдают с 8:00 до 10:00 и только тем кто успел). Про завтрак вообще ничего говорить не хочется, персонал даже здороваться не хочет, когда ты им говоришь Савади Кап, а английский они не знают 5 минут спрашивал у них про Beach towel, но так меня и не поняли, пришлось показывать в переводчике:))
