En dehors du très bon emplacement l’hôtel est Moyen et je ne suis pas exigeante !

L’hôtel est très bien placé
Le personnel est très gentil

Cons:

Je suis venu pour deux nuits la première nuits dans une chambre 3em étage très vétuste tout le parquet avec les stigmates d’un dégât des eaux et la salle de bain très vétuste et salle, j’ai demandé à changer j’ai dû attendre la deuxième nuit pour une nouvelle chambre rénover au 4em mais très sombre vu sur un mur…

Prefect location to see Jerusalem on foot.
Pros:

Excellent location- very close to Mamilla, Old City and light rail. It was very comfortable. Nice that there is water in the reception. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, das Preis/Leistung Verhältnis stimmt allerdings nicht.
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, vielfältig, lecker, der Speiseraum sauber, das Personal höflich und zuvorkommend.
Der Eingangsbereich ist schön gepflegt und einladend. Die Aufzüge waren immer funktionsfähig.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung des Zimmers inklusive Badezimmer war heruntergekommen. Das Fenster konnte mann nicht riegeln, es gab einen ständigen Luftzug. Da das Wetter kalt war, mussten wir heizen. Die Heizung war nicht regelbar, 10 Minuten nach dem Einschalten war es tropisch heiß im Zimmer, 5 Minuten nach der Abschaltung war es wieder kalt. Die Sauberkeit der Badezimmers ließ auch Wünsche offen, die auf den Boden gelegten Handtücher wurden einmal wieder zusammengefaltet und auf den Tuchhalter gelegt. Die Armaturen sind veraltet und teilweise undicht.

Il bagno è troppo vecchio, deve essere ristrutturato.
La doccia è indecente, scrostata, la cipolla in alto non funzione, il doccino funziona per metà.
Una delle luci della stanza fulminata per tutto il periodo del soggiorno (4 notti).

la luce in camera non funzionava, dovevano aggiustare , cosa mai fatto, sabato non mi hanno fatto la camera, asciugamani sporche e bagnati dal giorno prima. in genere servizio molto scaeso.
