Super agréable séjour où on se sent très à l’aise et bien accueilli

Le matelas un peu trop mou et déformé!
Le menu proposé au restaurant Oasis nous a déçu en ce qui concerne les tapas et le poisson. La présence soudaine d’un petit cafard autour du buffet à jus de fruits nous a surpris au petit déjeuner au matin de notre départ et a contrasté quelque peu notre impression positive de propreté de l’établissement

Equipo humano perfecto, para nada es un hotel con servicio de cinco estrellas.
Pros:

el personal tiene un trato con los huespedes excepcional en todos los partes del hotel
la comida tanto del desayuno como la cena esta muy bien

Cons:

No entiendo como un hotel de esta categoría tiene los servicios tan ajustados,
No hay ningún tipo de atención en las habitaciones, elejimos una habitación con vista al mar y pagamos por ella y al estar en una segunda planta y no mas arriba el mar habia que imaginarselo detras de las palmeras y ademas la habitación daba a unas azoteas sin decoración de ningún tipo que afeaban el entorno. Lo correcto sería poner habitación con vistas parciales al mar, o no cobrar lo mismo en las distintas plantas.
En el baño no ponen ningun tipo de complemento para el aseo personal: cepillos de dientes, pasta, peine, gorro de ducha, maquina de afeitar, nada de nada,
No hay zapatillas en la habitación
dijimos que era nuestro aniversario de boda y ni unos bombones nos pusieron,
Realmente lamentable,
En la habitación te cobran hasta la botella de agua y eso que ponen un letrero en el baño que dice agua no potable.

si no fuera por el servio de los empleados del hotel para nada se merece las cinco estrellas y mucho menos el precio.

Dobry hotel ale výměna koleček na vozíku od úklidu by hodně pomohlo…

Místo bylo fajn, pokoj a postel taky navíc byli služby dobré 👍

Cons:

V hotelu byl ráno velký randál s vozíků od úklidu. Měli tvrdé kolečka které tlačili přes spáry na dlažbě a dělali obrovský zvuk v pokojích… opravdu otravné a rušící !

qualité de la nourriture collectivités industrielle. les desserts par exemple : les pâtisseries sont industrielles des espèces de bavarois déclinés en plusieurs parfums, très grossier. le reste très moyen.

Cons:

Sal and pepper pots, need to be upgraded or something that pours. Coffee beans to be improved with Italian coffee. Both not up to 5* std.
