Schönes Hotel, direkt an den Dünen
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und ich hatte einen tollen Blick auf die Dünen bis zum Meer. Die Lage war super.

Cons:

Der große Speisesaal war nicht gemütlich und man ging jedesmal so schnell wie möglich wieder hinaus. Das Abendessen entsprach meiner Meinung nach nicht einem 5 Sterne Hotel

Non 5 stelle, al massimo 4. In un 5 stelle la macchina con cialde caffè in camera dovrebbe esserci e non un semplice bol

La posizione ed il personale.

Cons:

Il servizio pulizie camere, troppo presto al mattino e senza tatto, delicatezza. Dalla stanza accanto si sentiva come la signora delle pulizie spostava sedie e tavoli con grande rumorosità alle 7:30 del mattino. La qualità del cibo è scarsa, molto scarsa.

Una buena estancia pero poco resolutiva por parte de Booking y del hotel. No dan factura

La limpieza es impresionante, muy limpio todo, el personal muy amable

Cons:

No me gustó por parte de Booking y del hotel que no se ponen de acuerdo a la hora de emitir la factura. Ninguno de ellos se hacen responsable de emitirla. En el hotel me dicen que no tienen porque darmela que es Booking, quien tiene que tramitarla y Booking que es el Hotel. Es agotador tener que llamar a ambos y que no me den ninguna solución.

Definitely worth the money and will recommmend it to friends
Pros:

- the hotel is huge so u dont feel the pool areas or the lounge and restaurants overly crowded
- the variety of food during breakfast and dinner
- friendly staff
- cleanliness
- dunes are couple of steps away and visible from the rooms and restaurants overly crowded

Cons:

The only thing i didnt like is the gym alot of machines out of service along with water dispenser and the staff at the gym are not very knowledgeable or proactive unlike the rest of the staff

Una experiencia inolvidable
Pros:

El personal es muy bueno , fuimos a celebrar el cumpleaños de mi hija y le prepararon una mesa para el desayuno llena de flores y pétalos , un detalle muy bonito!!!

Staff. Location. Pools.

Cons:

The pillows are really uncomfortable & need to be replaced. I paid a lot for the hotel I.e.£300+ a night which is too much.
