Pros:

Location is good for people visiting CUHK-Shenzhen. There are washing machines and gym in the 6th floor.

Cons:

I did not know the washing machine until I went to the 6th floor. There should be dedicated dryer machines.

Cons:

Заброшенная стройка под окном. Ремонт на парковке, запах краски нечем дышать. Шум. Бестолковый персонал, пока я был занят, подошли к жене с дочкой, сказали им нужен наш номер, они предоставят другой, очень нужно. В итоге когда перевезли вещи, они сказали, что ошиблись. У нас было 6 чемоданов, это было еще то шоу. В итоге дочке подарили игрушку за 10 юаней. Третий раз в этом отеле. Но уровень явно идет вниз. 👇

Not so convenient for western guests
Cons:

For a western traveler the food choices were limited. Eventually discovered room service menu (which was not in the room!!) which was a help. The Asian restaurant was very nice.
