A GEM in Istanbul
Pros:

Amazing staff, very friendly and very attentive. They accommodated my request for early check in and gave me the room by 10 am. Also they extended my check out until 2 pm. Fatima from housekeeping was very nice. All reception staff were amazing. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

As a bonus the hotel has several restaurants as well as 2 supermarkets and a pharmacy just under it.

Free Parking underground is a great advantage as you definitely need a car if you want to go to touristic areas. Alternatively, metro station is within walking distance.

Cons:

My only comment is that the Wifi can be faster

Cons:

Housekeeping , not consistently clean like hair left from previous guest , coffee and tea not replenished , not full range of towel sizes , poor attitude. Bathroom drains ALWAYS smell everyone I stay here and all they do is spray air freshener!!! The issue needs sorting out .

very good facilities but could improve on internet

very roomy, selection of restaurants and supermarket below hotel,
5 mins walk to Metro (kazim karabekir) (50mins to old city on Metro),
staff were great.
very safe area - not many tourists.

Cons:

Internet was very slow and variable. Hard to do work if you are depending on wifi - (2 hours to download 140mb of data sometimes)
