Tornerò lì perché secondo me è il top .
Pros:

Era tutto bellissimo , lo staff era di una gentilezza unica mia vista prima tutto bello , tutto organizzato nel miglior dei modi tutto pulito sono rimasta soddisfatta di tutto è un hotel di lusso .

Perfect place to stay!
Pros:

The most comfortable place to sleep. After a long journey it seemed we slept on clouds.
The boys at the reception desk..... 10stars for all of them. We come here 2,3 times a year and we always stay here.

A home away from home
Pros:

Very clean, very professional and friendly staff, enough space and facilities, it was a great experience for me to stay in Istanbul for a long time. Upon arrival, they offered me three different apartments and generously upgraded me, which is really appreciated. The breakfast is very acceptable and includes different choices. Daily cleaning and charging of toiletries for a long stay is excellent and efficient. The gym and pool are also very clean. I really recommend staying there.

Cons:

The only thing I can say is that it is quite far from the tourist centers, of course there is a bus stop a few steps away, which is very helpful, and the metro station is about ten minutes away, and taxis are always ready and available.

Pros:

The size of the room was nice, and received an upgrade in hotel.
The staff was friendly.

Cons:

Room service was disappointing — we ordered food due to a late arrival, but what we received didn’t match the pictures, portions were small, and the price was higher than many good restaurants. We couldn't finish even what we ordered due to taste.

Freundliches Personal, Größe der Wohnwinheit. Tolle Ausstattung mit hochwertigen Geräten. Frühstück ausreichend.

Cons:

Der Holzboden war nur gesaugt aber nicht gewischt. Die Füße ohne Hausschuhe waren nach einer Minute schwarz. Die Kinder mögen Omelett als Eierspeise aber wir müssten diese immer extra bezahlen. Frühstück inkl. sollten diese dazu gehören.

Pros:

Good location spacious clean modern accommodation regular housekeeping washing machine attentive staff

Cons:

I asked for a double room but I was given 2 single beds . Lighting in main bedroom is poor , I had to bring in all the lamps from the other bedrooms to give enough light to do my make up in the bedroom mirror . 2nd bedroom has no mirror .
