Чистота, сервис, ребята все очень стараются. Выполнили просьбу повыше этаж. Комплимент фрукты в номере. Приятный запах везде. Отличный, теплый бассейн. Отличная комплектация номера. Лучшее что могло бы быть за свои деньги в Стамбуле. Пару лет назад менеджер увидев что мы с 2 детьми заселил нас раньше без доплат. В общем максимум Френдли

I had a very large studio apartment with a very comfortable lounge.
Staff very friendly at every time of the day.
There aren’t many restaurants nearby, but they have a couple of grocery stores.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were all very nice, helpful, and professional, which made us feel comfortable from the first day. The cleaning service deserves a special mention—Ms. Tuğba did an amazing job, keeping everything perfectly clean and fresh. Thank you to the whole team for such a pleasant experience!

This is my second stay at this wonderful hotel, thanks to its cleanliness, beautiful design, and overall comfort.
The rooms are very clean, the views are lovely, and there are parking spaces, restaurants, cafés, and shopping areas right below the hotel.
The reception team is amazing and very helpful, and they even upgraded my room for free.
Everything in the hotel looks exactly like the photos. In my room, I found all the kitchen facilities I needed, including kitchen utensils, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, and more, as well as coffee and different types of tea.
A truly wonderful hotel in every sense.
Many thanks to the reception team and to the successful management.
The hotel is about 30–35 minutes away from the main tourist attractions, but at the same time it is close to the airport and some popular places such as large shopping malls, including Venezia Mega Outlet.

The room was just great.. it was clean and comfortable and the view from floor 23 was amazing…we liked it very much.
If you stay for a long time the locating needs access with a car.
The pool was very cold and the sauna wasn’t as hot as it should be.
I think thy should provide breakfast to all bookings as the price is it that cheap,
I would anyway choose the hotel again as the room was comfortable.
