The room was unclean, in severe disrepair, and had numerous safety and maintenance issues.
Pros:

I didn't like anything about this facility except its proximity to Starbucks

Cons:

Honestly, if I wasn't exhausted after a long day of driving, I would have left this facility to find different accommodations for the night. The room was not clean and in a state of disrepair. The sink was cracked, the walls had holes, the smoke detector was missing, the deadbolt didn't work, the toilet wouldn't flush properly, the floor under the tub was clearly rotted out and there was a smell of mold. I was concerned about walking on the floor without shoes.

Comfortable Stay
Pros:

Location was close to a family home, rooms were very comfortable, especially the beds after a long drive.

Cons:

When we did watch tv, Some channels were scrambling but over all good.

Pros:

The staff was nice

Cons:

The facility was just dirty. The room smelled awful. Musty and just gross. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. The shower curtain was ripped in multiple places. The AC when running made the room smell even worse. I almost left early because the air quality was so poor.

Totally for Pets and pet owners!
Pros:

The convenience of location and amenities nearby. They were very friendly and personable. I drove all the way from Lynnwood, WA to pick up a puppy and this place is 100% perfect if you are traveling with a pet. They have free breakfast in the lobby and they were just so very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Booking.com was a little slow with my payment to the property

A nice place to stay for one night in between your destinations
Pros:

The property is located off of Highway five in Buttonwillow, which is a midway point between our destinations. They are in walking distance of superchargers to charge your electric vehicle.

Cons:

They didn’t have the room at a comfortable temperature when they know guests are going to stay. The bathroom fixtures need to be updated and stains removed.

I will not stay here or probably anywhere in Buttonwillow again.
Pros:

It was semi-clean.

Cons:

There was hair on my pillow. It was obviously someone had slept on them as there were creases, as well as the hair. When I asked for a clean set of sheets the front desk person came back with a bundle that was obviously just pulled off another bed. Not folded. There were two fitted sheets one inside the other. Sheets were ripped, microfiber (not cotton).

An OK halfway point to stay on your way to San Francisco
Pros:

It was close to the Starbucks chargers because we have an electric vehicle. It was a good halfway point to stay for a day.

Cons:

Not enough outlets for the modern electrical traveling family. The rooms were a little cramped with furniture. The rooms could’ve been a little cleaner. There were some stains on the bathroom fixtures.

The National 9 met our needs for the night at a very fair price.
Pros:

The office manager was very pleasant and welcoming. There's a pretty lawn between buildings, and lots of birds. It's within easy walking distance of restaurants. The room had everything we needed.

Cons:

Property is older and shows it (shower curtain rod broken, for example, minor other things.)
