Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay and were very impressed with how friendly the staff were including Daniele, Barbara, Francesca, Fabrizio, Alessio and Guilio. Barbara took the time to tell us about the town and booked a wonderful trip for us with Andrea. Facilities and location were great.

Magnifico. Da raccomandare vivamente.
Pros:

Tutto. Staff cordialissimo e impeccabile, pulizia, proposte di visite ed escursioni, gite in barca organizzate eccezionali. Tutto a portata di mano, colazione di qualità (vicini a chi soffre di intolleranze), posizione perfetta. Tranquillità e sicurezza.

Excellent holiday and highly recommended to anyone who was a quiet , peaceful break
Pros:

Best aspect was the standard of service provided by the stafff who made it an exceptional experience . Friendly , polite and couldn't do enough to help you . Breakfast was value for money and snacks provided were excellent and well worth the money

Cons:

Bed was not comfortable

I was asked to pay 200 euro deposit for the room facilities which i was aware of , what i wasn't aware of that this would be refunded up to 20 days after i had checked out . This caused me a bit of an issue at that time .

Hôtel fonctionnel, mais qui nécessiterait un réel coup de « neuf » (chambres, salle de sport, réfectoire, extérieurs,…).
Pros:

Le parking à disposition.
L’emplacement.
La sympathie du personnel.

Cons:

L’humidité dans la chambre.
Le confort du lit : un seul coussin, pas de duvet, matelas dur.
Petit déjeuner : très classique, manque de variété.
Le SPA : minuscule, piscine non chauffée et prix démesuré par rapport aux prestations.
La salle de sport : minuscule et équipements vétustes.

Bon établissement bien situé
Pros:

Établissement bien placé avec de nombreuses places de parc. Grand appartement bien équipé. Linge de bain et de douche changé en milieu de semaine et ménage aussi fait .
Le déjeuner continental est pas mal. Qq équipement de fitness.

Cons:

Appartements mal isolé et climatisations des voisins très bruyantes. La piscine non chauffée était glacée (mi-octobre). Les snacks proposés sont moyens ( notamment le cheeseburger --> viande sèche et buns industriel). La party wellness est à payer en plus.

Lovely stay, would absolutely recommend
Pros:

Lovely hotel, great location being situated in a quiet almost residential area so a guaranteed good night sleep and only a short walk into town. Great facilities, we played tennis and saw other guests rent bikes, there was a convenient shuttle bus to the beach too and plenty of sun loungers for a day by the pool. The staff were fantastic very friendly and even bought out a cake with a candle for my mother’s birthday, they helped to plan all our excursions and I had one of the best massages at the spa. Had a great time here so would absolutely recommend!

Agréable séjour
Pros:

Le fait d'avoir un petit appartement équipé était chouette, si nous ne voulions pas manger au restaurant, nous avions ce qu'il fallait pour cuisiner.
Va pour deux personnes mais trop petit pour plus.
Jolie piscine et bel environnement mais nous n'avons pas pu en profiter car pas chauffée.
C'était propre et joli.
Nous avons été accueilli par un homme vraiment très gentil et hyper serviable.
Nous avons oublié d'aller au SPA, malgré un jour où il n'a vraiment pas fait beau, c'est dommage.

Cons:

Une des deux plaques de cuisson ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons dû faire 3 plats pour un repas et c'était compliqué.
L'unique spatule en bois était vraiment bonne pour la poubelle, elle mérite d'être remplacée.
Il n'y a pas de grande tasse pour une thé ou grand café.
La terrasse devrait être séparé avec un paravent car les voisins ont vue sur l'intérieur et c'est un peu gênant de vivre avec les rideaux tirés.
Et j'avoue que c'est mal insonorisé, nous avons entendu la voisine du dessus rire toute une soirée, un peu pénible et la clim est bruyante.
Mais c'est des détails.

Pros:

Very clean hotel. Nice location. Large fridge. Very close to supermarket. Good air-conditioning but noisy.

Cons:

No change of bedding unless you pay extra. No cleaning of room. Only a 2 ring induction hob for cooking. No kettle or toaster. No atmosphere around pool. No music/activities. Small shower cubicle, Not big enough.
