Tv wasnt working that day/no channels....you have to pay for parking lot and cant leave once you pay or you pay again.
A great hotel with helpful staff and a good location. Great value too. I arrived in the evening, facilitated a training the next day and left the following morning. Every interaction with staff exceeded my expectations
Easy access and comfortable
Patrons are charged the standard, full-price parking rate even when directed to outer or overflow areas rather than the main premier spaces.
While the walk is ultimately manageable and not an extreme distance, it is still less convenient than primary parking. Being guided to these secondary spaces without any price adjustment detracts from the overall experience.
If premium pricing is standard, there should be a distinction between prime front-row parking and the outer sections. Charging the exact same rate for less convenient placement feels unbalanced.
Suggestion for Management: Consider a minor price adjustment or tiered pricing structure for the outer parking zones to better reflect the level of convenience provided.
Close to restaurants
Had ants in bathroom, but moved to new room.
Nice location for strolling downtown restaurants and shops area. Nice breakfast with good coffee. Clean room with comfortable bed. Quiet settling for restful night sleep.
The room was very clean and up to date. The breakfast food did not appear very appetizing but there is a Starbucks nearby. I would definitely stay there again.
