Loved the design and style of this hotel. The room and public spaces are very aesthetic and functional. Location is also great with lots of options around, close to Hollywood, West Hollywood
The control of the AC is central and it's less convenient having ti ask reception for turning on or off. Also we used the garage parking and same need to contact the reception for every entry. A code would have saved the hassle.
There were some food stains in the fridge and it smelled bad.
I’ve stayed in this hotel twice during this year— really like everything, and especially the location.
super clean, very appealing design, friendly people, amazing locations with WALKABLE availability of many cafes and shops which is rare for LA, Dyptique bathroom supplies, nespresso machine in the room— nothing else to look for the stay✨
this time I booked the room with a balcony, and the view from it was on a parking lot and another building — I didn’t complain, but when checking out I asked if all the rooms with balconies are like that. so, the best you can do is to write in the comments section while booking the stay that you want the balcony that faces the main street— that way I feel you might enjoy it more! unless you would prefer a little isolation and privacy.
that’s not a disadvantage at all, just to keep in mind for better experience :)

INACCEPTABLE pour le prix que l’on paye déjà sachant que ce n’est pas mentionné lors de la réservation
25$ par jour pour le parking : pratique mais le parking est tout petit et contient que 10 places et il faut à chaque fois demander à la réception de nous ouvrir. Pas pratique.
La chambre est équipée d’une climatisation centralisée que nous ne pouvons pas contrôler : IL A FAIT FROIT TOUT LE SÉJOUR
Welcoming warm atmosphere. Stayed in room 105. Quiet room. Very comfortable bed. Loved the bath tub. Great to have a soak after a hot day. Fresh complimentary pastries and coffee in the morning. Great for a grab and go.. location is excellent.
The location was ideal for shopping on melrose. The cafe was excellent.
The access to the parking garage was inconvenient with roll away luggage as it's stairs only.

到着時、トイレの水があまり流れが良くなく、心配だったのですが、すぐに別のお部屋をご用意してくださりました。その際にお話しした、お掃除+修理の方がとても優しく気持ちいい方で、それだけでもいいホテルだなと思いました。フロントの方はもちろん、フレンドリーで助かりました。ロスに行く時は必ずこちらのホテルに泊まります。ありがとうございました！
The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around for shopping, watching Dodgers games, and sightseeing. With a bus stop nearby, I could use buses and the subway during the day and take Ubers at night—it’s a great spot to access everything.
When I arrived, the toilet wasn't flushing well, which worried me, but they immediately provided me with a different room. The staff member who handled the cleaning and repairs was incredibly kind and pleasant; that alone made me feel like this is a wonderful hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, too. I will definitely stay here again whenever I visit L.A. Thank you!
The location was good and staff was pleasant.
The parking garage was tight and you had to call to be let in. There was no place to put anything in the hotel. It seemed more concerned with aesthetics than accommodations.

Odada kıyafet dolabı yok. Su dahi ücretli. Asla ücretinin karşılığını vermedi. Fiyat fayda olarak oran çok düşük.
The hotel was very pretty, clean, and well maintained. I really liked the room design—it felt modern and inviting. The room was a bit small, but it was comfortable and had everything I needed. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. The only downside was the poor sound insulation.
The walls were very thin, and it was difficult to sleep because I could clearly hear the guests next door having a normal conversation, even though they weren’t being loud or arguing.
