I had a really great time at the Palihotel. Was perfect location.
Pros:

It was very clean and well maintained. Really nicely decorated

Cons:

The air con was controlled centrally so my room
Was quite cold at times

L’emplacement

Cons:

Les équipements étaient rudimentaires, vieux et non fonctionnels, le service de chambre n’était fait que en partie, c’est à dire uniquement le lit. Les produits de douches n’étaient pas rempli, les mouchoirs n’étaient pas remis, le ménage n’était pas fait. La climatisation ne pouvez pas être ajustée par nous même tout était centralisé donc nous avions très froid (alors que les températures de dehors étaient de 18 degrés). Le petit déjeuner ne commençait que à partir de 8:00 bien trop tard selon nos goûts.

Pros:

Great location, easy to access. Quick check in. Clean room. Very comfortable king bed and bedding. Usually pillows are not the best in hotels; however, it was very comfortable here.

Cons:

Can't control the temperature in your room. I asked to cool the room but never got cool enough. Also, no blowdryer available in room.

Pros:

Good location, spacious room

Cons:

You can’t control the AC, you have to call the reception each time you need to change it and it’s a pain point because the room is either too cold or too hot and the fact that you can’t control it makes it even worse

Noise from cafe ruined a good sleep, but if that’s resolved it would be great
Pros:

Lovely styling, comfortable room with nice products.

Cons:

Noise from the cafe is pretty bad - the hotel sublets cafe so couldn’t ask them to turn down music from the kitchen which permeated through the room from 7am.
Also - coffee and tea as standard, but they don’t provide small milk containers - odd!

Soggiorno eccellente sotto ogni aspetto
Pros:

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e l’esperienza è stata davvero impeccabile. Letto e cuscini comodissimi, perfetti per un riposo di qualità. La camera era pulitissima e curata nei minimi dettagli.

La doccia, pur essendo nella vasca, è risultata molto confortevole e piacevole da utilizzare. Nota di grande pregio i saponi e il necessaire firmati Diptyque, un vero tocco di classe che fa la differenza.

A completare il tutto, la gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff, sempre attento e cordiale. Un soggiorno che consiglio assolutamente e che rifarei con piacere!

Disappointing and Overpriced
Pros:

Check in staff was friendly.

Cons:

This hotel may look fancy on the photographs but is in fact VERY basic.
The room smelled horrific (mix of stuffiness, mold, cleaning supplies).
The pet fee of $100 is ridiculous.
Location is entirely unappealing.
I regretted staying here.
