Pros:

The location was optimal for the stay. Centrally located next to the Hard Rock and plenty of convenient batting and shopping. The staff were exceptional friendly and helpful. I ended up leaving a very important item and it was recovered. The manager is going above and beyond to send it back to me on her own. Will definitely stay again in the future. The size of the room was nice. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice and relaxing. The breakfast had we actually gotten up in more of a timely manner would have been great. Lots of selection and good when hot and fresh. Wasn't too bad cold either though.

Cons:

Some small negatives but will not deter from return stays was the lack of vent in the bathroom for smell and steam. We picked up some room spray. The final floors seemed to need some possible repair, and the loud slamming of the exit doors to the stairwell and outside but we were located at the very end of the hall.

Nice place. Friendly staff. We were comfortable. The A.C. worked well.

the chairs in the bar and eating area are filthy. The are cloth and are black with dirt at the tops. Need to be replaced with something washable.
