Clean room
Cleanliness poor, room linen poor.... wet / ? used towels.
Room was clean however the body wash container was almost empty. Also, I think since the hotel is next to the airport and attracts mostly travelers, they should offer a personal toiletries kit to guests, things like toothpaste, toothbrush and cheap disposable razor. Breakfast buffet was amazing, everyone staying here should have breakfast in the hotel. Check-in experience and the staff was great, will stay there again if I visit New Delhi again.

It’s alright place to spend a night. Room was really small. Bathroom only had one towel. Room service is not that great.

This hotel is old and very much in need of refurbishment. It might have been like in the pictures once, but surely it’s not like now. The rooms are tired and dirty. Plus, it’s more expensive than similar hotels in the area. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying there.
The reason I am taking a star off is because they only provided one towel in the room when the booking was for two adults. Even after informing them, they did not provide a second towel till I called them a second time in the morning.
It was a good experience.

Rooms were not upto Accor mark. Soggy smell. Bathroom was like a bolt on at motels.
