The front of the hotel is very noisy. It's also very warm so you need to open a window the air conditioning didn't work.

Pas de place de parking !!! Impossible de réserver à l'avance et toutes les places étaient occupées !
A very warm welcome and easy instructions about using their paid for car park. The hotel is quite quirky with a lot of downstairs sapce which some people use to work in and others to relax. The room overlooked the street but was very quiet on the third floor and felt like it had recenlty been refurbisjed. It has a walk in shower and large toilet space and so would work well for somebody with limited mobility-lift to the third floor. Breakfast is amazning with very friendly staff and one of the biggest ranges of food I have encountered. Calais has plenty of places to eat but we like the Napoli pizza restaurant and the Le Channel remains one of very favourite restaurants anywhere.

Seemed a little past its prime but no real concerns.
Location was great, staff made us welcome by making the room decorated with balloons, breakfast was nice, the morning receptionist was not helpful when asked on a Sunday to book a taxi to go to the ferry she said it's not allowed , but the receptionist in the afternoon who starts at 3pm is friendly and did call the taxi for me. Nice stay in Calais but issue with transport on Sunday and most of the places close by noon.
Unhelpful staff in the morning at the hotel who couldn't call a taxi for me by saying it's not allowed hotel policy put me off from revisiting there .

*Brak parkingu przy hotelu, szukanie miejsca na samochód w pobliskich uliczkach jest męczące, *bardzo ubogi wybór śniadań (nie zasługuje na miano kontynentalne), jedyną wytrawną rzeczą były jajka, do ugotowania samodzielnie.
*Brak czajników oraz wody w pokoju- automat kawą i gorąca wodą notorycznie był wyłączany po śniadaniu, wiec wracając ze spaceru nie można było liczyć na ciepły napój w pokoju
* Drzwi były BARDZO głośne, wydawały odgłosy w ciągu nocy, oraz światło awaryjne świeciło się zbyt mocno
* Brak lżejszego oświetlenia, które można zostawić w ciągu nocy, dla rodziców z dzieckiem to ważna opcja.
*Nad łóżkiem był świetlik (poziom 0) z którego nad ranem skraplala się woda wprost na nasze stopy

Good location, easy to get, surrounded by nice places to eat and walking distance to most attractions.
Our room was small.
The staff (réception, maintenance gentleman and cleaning gentleman) are exceptionally kind, polite and efficient as always, this is our 3rd stay and soon to be 4th.
The shower and toilet are very basic and not very comfortable
Le petit déjeuner était un peu léger en salé, pas d œuf brouillé et de saucisse, juste du jambon et du blanc de poulet. Décevant !!!
