Super nice staff and great service. Only wish I selected a smoke free room to avoid the cigarette smell.

The hotel is in a great location, staff were helpful and friendly. The room is well laid out, the bed is extremely comfortable. The handheld shower cannot be adjusted to tilt down, while there is an overhead shower this is not ideal if you don’t want to wet your hair. The water pressure is excellent, we appreciated the face washers. Breakfast catered mostly for the Chinese guests, however there was still plenty of choice for westerners. It is uncomfortably hot in the restaurant, this makes enjoying breakfast more difficult. The photo of the pool in the advertisement doesn’t reflect the pool area, we didn’t find it very inviting as the picture suggested it to be so didn’t use it as it was so hot anyway to be outside. I would recommend this hotel for the location, service and room amenities.

要改善：
1）房間的咖啡機壞了。
2）房間沒有雪櫃（冰箱）。
3）其中一日收拾房間時，竟然忘記換浴巾。
4）浴室室外沒有位置掛毛巾。
5）浴室的門隔水不完善，以致洗澡時有水流到浴室外。

2nd time staying at this hotel when in Chengdu. Love its proximity to Taikooli and Chunxi metro station. Lots of good food around too.

Hotel staff offered to change my room to 1 with a king size bed with living room when my twin beds room is too size for a family of 3. Overall hassle-free experience

The room was big and clean. Only disturbing thing was the shower room had mold on the walls..

Excellent hotel, super well located and close to many restaurants and stores. Fairly new and modern hotel, good amenities. Huge rooms. I definitely enjoyed my stay at Rhombus and I will stay there again when visiting Chengdu

房間間隔空間不錯，面積也算大，就是舊了一點，保修做得不是很好，尤其公共地方，泳池小，健身房還可以，其他服務一般，地理位置很好，在太古里對面，很熱鬧

The hotel has an amazing modern design. Room is spacious, with a living area, bedroom, walk-in closet and washroom. Walkable to the most vibrant area of the city. Excellent night life around the area.

I thought this hotel was a great place to stay, especially if its your first time in Chengdu. Its got a great location near the metro, IFS centre, chunxi lu and taikoo li. I'm not sure if it was an upgrade but the room was so big and spacious and was really well maintained. Staff were friendly even and tried their best to speak English which was greatly appreciated. Can't fault anything about the hotel!

일단 위치는 최고입니다. 다 좋은데 정말 너무 추웠습니다.. 난방을 하루종일 켜도 통유리라 어쩔수없는듯합니다 객실변경요청했지만 다 비슷하다 하셔서 그냥 묵었네요. 라디에이터 하나 놓아주셔서 그나마 나았어요. 서비스나 청결이나 다 좋았지만 이 부분으로 다시 묵지는 않을 것 같아요ㅠㅠ 그리고 상세페이지엔 비데가 있다 써있었지만 실제는 없었어요!

地點市中心非常方便，房間很大。唯獨沖涼房間沒有掛衣服毛巾等位置。早餐食物種類也是一般，但整體而言是滿意的。

Fantastic location at centre of everything. Great customer service provided by hotel staff from Housekeeping to front desk to the conceirge, excellent service.
