Ao chegar fui muito bem recepcionada por toda equipe, todos muito simpáticos. Perguntaram se eu gostaria de ir para o Riu cabo verde, e eu fui, então só posso falar de lá. Tudo perfeito, quarto confortável, serviço de quarto muito bom, limpeza excelente, muita variedade de comida, bebida por todo lado, inclusive no quarto, meu lugar favorito, o bar da piscina. Voltarei com certeza.

It was okay but nothing exceptional
Pros:

Overall was nice stay for 2 nights. We were able to visit asian restaurant for dinner, that was nice. Room was large and exceeded our expectations. We arrived at 11AM and they already gave us wristbands so we could already go eat, drink and get beach towels. Also, after check out we could still stay there and use their services until we had our transfer time.

Cons:

Well, at breakfast time it was like in a zoo. At breakfast time there is only 1 restaurant open and since the hotel was fully booked then it was quite horrible. Those people were like animals.
Food qality was variable - sometimes very good quality and a lot of choice, other times some things were not even eatable. But still quite a big variety of things to eat. I loved a variety of fruit.
Drinks are not so good there. Coca Cola zero was good :D

Le personnel est incroyable, super sympat, toujours souriant et serviable
Tout était très propre et constamment en train de nettoyer les espaces communs
les piscines sont très bien et on a accès au parc aquatique du Riu Palace super cool pour les enfant
La nourriture est très bonne et super variée à tous les repas, plusieurs espaces de nourriture de snack tout au long de la journée, il y a 3 restaurants à thème qui sont vite pleins malheureusement, on n'a pas pu tester
les chambres sont spatieuses avec balcon, le wc est séparé de la douche qui est très grande et double vasque ainsi qu'un dressing, mini bar dans la chambre , selon la chambre vue sur mer
les animations sont sympas et toujours autour de la piscine principale
l'hôtel est très sécurisé même si on ne s'est jamais senti en danger
la place est proche
des vacances incroyables et tout était très bien... MERCI

Plusieurs chaises longues sont habimées, il serait temps de les changer
un petit rafraichissement au niveau des chambres serait nécessaire, principalement les peintures et le bois un peut détérioré

À chegada tivemos um upgrade para o Riu Cabo Verde. Gostámos muito por ser mais tranquilo, adults only, e mais perto da praia. Os restaurantes temáticos do Riu Cabo Verde são muito bons (especialmente o Kulinarium e o Steakhouse). Também tenho de elogiar a animação durante o dia e à noite (principalmente a festa branca que foi muito boa)!

Cons:

Esquecemo-nos de um aparelho de contenção dentário no quarto e a empregada de limpeza encontrou e deitou ao lixo.
O Wi-Fi também podia ser melhor.

Fairerweise muss man sagen, dass wir nicht die Pauschalreisenden sind. Das mussten wir hier wieder feststellen. Trotzdem, dieses Hotel hat seine Zeit hinter sich. Die Außenanlage ist wirklich schön. Die Zimmer sind eine Frechheit! Und das bei dem Preis. Da kann ich in New York im Kempinski schlafen! Nach der ersten Nacht bin ich zur Rezeption und hab mich über die Betten beschwert. Die Matratzen sind wirklich eine Frechheit! Es hat den ganzen Tag und dreimaliges Nachfrage benötigt bis Abhilfe geschaffen wurde! Ansonsten ist das Hotel einfach viel zu klein für die Anzahl an Menschen! Das hat nichts mit fünf Sternen zu tun! Die Gäste sind größtenteils schwer adipöse Engländer und Niederländer. Die von Fütterung zu Fütterung hasten. Alles ist immer super laut und voll! Am Strand gibt es keine Sonnenschirme. Im hinteren Strandbereich kann man aber unter Palmen im Schatten liegen .
