Pros:

À chegada tivemos um upgrade para o Riu Cabo Verde. Gostámos muito por ser mais tranquilo, adults only, e mais perto da praia. Os restaurantes temáticos do Riu Cabo Verde são muito bons (especialmente o Kulinarium e o Steakhouse). Também tenho de elogiar a animação durante o dia e à noite (principalmente a festa branca que foi muito boa)!

Cons:

Esquecemo-nos de um aparelho de contenção dentário no quarto e a empregada de limpeza encontrou e deitou ao lixo.
O Wi-Fi também podia ser melhor.

Fairerweise muss man sagen, dass wir nicht die Pauschalreisenden sind. Das mussten wir hier wieder feststellen. Trotzdem, dieses Hotel hat seine Zeit hinter sich. Die Außenanlage ist wirklich schön. Die Zimmer sind eine Frechheit! Und das bei dem Preis. Da kann ich in New York im Kempinski schlafen! Nach der ersten Nacht bin ich zur Rezeption und hab mich über die Betten beschwert. Die Matratzen sind wirklich eine Frechheit! Es hat den ganzen Tag und dreimaliges Nachfrage benötigt bis Abhilfe geschaffen wurde! Ansonsten ist das Hotel einfach viel zu klein für die Anzahl an Menschen! Das hat nichts mit fünf Sternen zu tun! Die Gäste sind größtenteils schwer adipöse Engländer und Niederländer. Die von Fütterung zu Fütterung hasten. Alles ist immer super laut und voll! Am Strand gibt es keine Sonnenschirme. Im hinteren Strandbereich kann man aber unter Palmen im Schatten liegen .

Die gute Lage, das feine frisch zubereitete Essen, das sehr freundliche Personal. Der traumhaft schöne Strand.

Cons:

Die Betten haben wohl die guten Jahre hinter sich. Das ganze Hotel ist schon älteren Jahrganges, aber voll okay und sauber.

Um hotel para repetir a estadia, gostamos de estar lá!
Pros:

O hotel era perto da praia e da zona das tartarugas. A comida era boa e tinha todos os dias animação. Muitas atividades disponíveis no hotel, tinha discoteca, ginásio, kids club e até podemos usufruir do parque aquático localizado noutro hotel riu. Quando chegámos podemos almoçar apesar de o check in ser só às 15h. As camas e as almofadas eram confortáveis.

Cons:

Quando chegamos como o quarto não estava disponível tivemos que guardar as malas junto da recepção acessível a qualquer pessoa. Podiam ter posto as malas na sala de bagagem não sei porque não deixaram. Os quartos têm mal isolamento porque de manhã ouvíamos sempre as empregadas da limpeza então apartir das 7h da manhã já não conseguíamos dormir mais. Podiam melhorar as portas dos quartos de modo a garantir um melhor isolamento do som. Os quartos precisavam de algumas remodelações incluído o roupeiro que nem prateleiras e nem portas tinha, apenas umas fitas penduradas. O hotel era um pouco longe do centro de Santa Maria cerca de 25 minutos a pé.

Settimana perfetta

Abbiamo trascorso qui una splendida settimana, dal 14 al 22 gennaio!
Camera standard con culla per il nostro bimbo di un anno e mezzo a cui do un 7.5 come voto generale della stanza ,,un po spoglia ma tutto sommato va bene, il bagno molto bello .
La struttura è davvero bella tra le varie piscine per adulti e bambini ,il parco acquatico acqua splash molto bello, palestra e spa inclusi davvero belli, ce un ristorante principale più 3 ristoranti in cui si puo usufruire della cena una sola volta ,molto buoni . Quello principale invece offre colazione pranzi e cene super varietà e da italiano devo dire che si mangia davvero bene .All inclusive nella norma con alcolici e non tutto il giorno.
Il personale e super gentile e disponibile , dalle camere al ristorante e reception .

Cons:

L'unica peccato per cui non ho messo 10 e perche le camere non sono ben insonorizzate , e questo sia la sera che al mattino e molto fastidioso si sente tutto dalla camera vicino a fuori e addirittura sopra, insomma se non fanno casino quando dormite va bene se no sentite tutto!

Wir hatten ein kostenloses Upgrade in den Club Rio Cabo Verde bekommen.
Sehr freundliches Personal, angefangen von Rezeption, Service, Zimmerreinigung.........
Sehr gutes Essen wer Clubleben mag wird hier nicht enttäuscht.
Wir waren vor ein paar Jahren schon hier. Es sind beide Clubs zu empfehlen.

Thank You for all gentleman at the slide parc, they were really kind, and kept the safety so much! Every team-Member were very kind and polite.
