Resort ben organizzato, personale molto gentile. Pulizia camere ottima.
Pros:

La struttura mi è piaciuta molto, soprattutto per l’eccellente pulizia delle camere, sempre curate nei minimi dettagli. Ho apprezzato anche la grande varietà di ristoranti disponibili, con un’offerta ampia di piatti capace di soddisfare gusti diversi, tutti di buona qualità.

Un altro punto di forza è sicuramente la disponibilità e la gentilezza del personale, sempre pronto ad assistere con professionalità e attenzione.

La palestra è ben attrezzata e rappresenta un ottimo servizio aggiuntivo, con un orario di apertura ampio che consente di allenarsi comodamente fino alle 20.

Nel complesso, un’esperienza molto positiva che consiglierei senza esitazioni.

Não gostei de ter de deixar as malas na receção antes do check in ao alcance de qualquer pessoa que por ali passa e sem as câmaras de vigilância alcançarem esse espaço , pois não deixam por na sala para bagagem dizendo que é só para bagagem de check out , e depois quando fomos buscar a bagagem para irmos para o quarto tinha desaparecido uma mochila o que é muito mau , mas felizmente no dia seguinte apareceu

As pessoas, vim com todas mas todas no coracao !!! Desde a recepção ate ao jardineiro que excelencia de servico . As senhoras da limpeza maravilhosas ! Equipa do restaurante maravilhosos !Todo o pessoal da animacao sempre com um sorriso no rosto 😘

Cons:

Ausencia da direção! Quartos com cheiro bolor.
Ma qualidade das camas .limpeza a fundo nos quartos(paredes ,cortinados , po ). Controlo melgas com equipamento electrico . Falta de um fervedor e maquina cafe no quarto .
Umas sugestao a fazer tb e a identificacao dos sumos (sao imensos ) , somos obrigados a provar todos . Muita falta manutencao nos quartos !
Qualidade da internet e televisao .

Schönes Hotel, aber sehr laut.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist im Prinzip sehr gut. Es liegt am Strand, hat schöne Pools. Trotz voller Belegung waren immer Plätze am Pool frei. Das Essen war sehr gut, gab es rund um die Uhr. Die Getränke, auch alle Cocktails, immer kostenlos, nicht nur zum Essen. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer waren groß mit guten Betten und einem schönen Balkon, vom Nachbarbalkon nicht einsehbar.

Cons:

Das große Aber ist der Lärm. Auf den langen Fluren war ein ständiges Gebrüll. Es war nicht möglich, sich tagsüber mal auf dem Zimmer auszuruhen. Das liegt auch an der Hotelleitung. In deren Hinweisen stand, daß auf den Fluren ab 23:00 Uhr Ruhe sein soll. Warum haben die nicht geschrieben, daß auf den Fluren immer Ruhe zu herrschen hat?
Wir waren mit unseren Kindern und Enkelkindern dort. Denen hat es gut gefallen. Für Ruhe suchende Paare ist das Hotel absolut ungeeignet. Ob die Leute im benachbarten "Adults only" rücksichtsvoller sind kann ich nicht beurteilen.

Proximidade da praia.comida.
O melhor são os funcionários.

Cons:

Para se ter algum silêncio e sossego é necessário deslocar-nos bastante na praia e evitar a maioria dos sítios do hotel. Estávamos no hotel só de adultos.
