Great hotel
Pros:

Everything about our stay was great. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout, the location was excellent and made it easy to get around, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and a good size for our stay.

Cons:

The only disappointment was that the pool looked larger and more impressive in the photos than it did in reality. Aside from that, everything was great.

An unforgettable stay with exceptional service, especially thanks to Mr. Emir
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, especially Mr. Emir, who helped us a lot and made everything so easy for us.

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again, it fully lived up to our expectations. Thank you for making our trip so wonderful and memorable.

L’hôtel veut paraitre haut de gamme mais il ne vaut pas ces 4 étoiles.

Cons:

Le SPA n’est pas du tout à la hauteur. La
Piscine est sale et il y a toujours du monde de l’extérieur donc le Hammam jamais disponible car il y a des gommages directement dedans…

L’hôtel est bruyant, on entend les chambres d’à côté et on entend les passages dans le couloir.

There are better options around or closer to center for this budget.
Pros:

Staff was trying to help to change the room, but i had to pay for an upgrade. Hotel has scales in luggage room. Inside restaraunt there is a 15% discount for hotel guests.

Cons:

All rooms are pretty old and tired, in most AC didn't work properly. Windows are bad so even with closed ones on the 5th floor you can hear the street. Everywhere smells of cigarettes (even though it's a non smoking hotel, reception tells you "you can smoke into opened window", which i guess everyone is doing there), pool zone has strong chlorine smell and only got 3-4 sunbeds, so it's almost always packed. Without restrictions you can use only sauna, but not hamam. Breakfast is pretty sad by turkish standarts. Location is Aksaray so you'd need to catch a train or taxi to historical center if you don't want to spend 25-30 mins waling along busy trade street.
