Pros:

The location is very central, close to the tram, and taxis are not a problem. And the Old Grand Bazaar is very close, like 5 minutes away. Breakfast at the hotel is good and large selection.

Recomendable sin lujos
Pros:

La habitación es correcta y limpia pero la standard es bastante pequeña, sobre todo porque viajamos con un niño de 3 años (así hicimos la reserva) y para el niño nos dieron una cuna. La ubicación es perfecta, a 100 metros de una avenida principal con conectividad a todos lados

Pros:

La ubicación, súper cómoda para llegar a los sitios de interés con el tren a 1 cuadra, el trato del personal

Cons:

La habitación standard es medio pequeña siendo 2 adultos con un niño de 3 años, el placard es muy pequeño y no nos entraban las cosas, la superior está perfecta

Pros:

Breakfast was ok, sufficient variety, it even included soup.
The pool and Turkish sauna were very nice.
The employees are very nice and helpful, including all employees from Spa area, reception, restaurant, as well as maintenance crew.

Cons:

The water in the pool was very cold in the first night, the second night it was a little bit warmer.

The room was a bit small.

Το προσκοπικό στην ρεσεψιόν πολύ εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό! Πολύ ωραίο σάουνα και πισίνα ! Το ξενοδοχείο ειχε 24 ώρες καλοριφέρ και το δωμάτιο ηταν ζεστό συνέχεια! Ηταν 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια απο το μεγάλο μπαζάρ !

Cons:

Η καθαριότητα θα έπρεπε να ηταν καλύτερη και να μας δώσουν μεγαλύτερο δωμάτιο ήμασταν 4 ατομα 2 ενήλικες και 2 παιδιά και ήταν πολύ μικρό για εμάς! Μας άφηναν πετσέτες μονο για 2 ατομα και δεν έβαζαν χαρτί υγείας επίσης δεν σκουπίζαν καλά το δωμάτιο..☹️
