Pros:

Все было чисто, персонал очень внимательный. Отличное расположение прямо у станции трамвая и не далеко от станций мармарай и метро. Отель понравился.

Cons:

Единственное, что не понравилось, очень холодная вода в бассейне. Спа зона маленькая и иногда там было много народу.

Pros:

All in all everything was good during our stay. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The hotel pool was nice and unique. Breakfast was quite good, just the coffee wasn’t as good as I expected.

Cons:

The only disadvantage was the WiFi, in the evening when all the rooms used the internet, it became poor and was hard to get access to the internet.

Cons:

En raison de mon état de santé, j'ai dû écourter mon séjour et rentrer plus tôt. Malgré cette situation, l'établissement n'a pas souhaité faire le moindre geste commercial. C'est un point à prendre en considération avant d'effectuer une réservation.

Місце розташування одне що сподобалось і більше менш лобі ( хол ) гарна картинка .

Ніколи не пишу негативно відгук, але готель не 4 зірки зовсім !!!

-Чистота номера її нема -зовсім!
-Вода -одна бутилка решта купується і даже на сніданок нема холодної води «фініш» кажуть потрібно купувати .
-Туалетний папір це взагалі дивно він як на вагу 🫠
-Ліфт дождатися не можливо ((
-хотіла замовити тележку для валіз до автобусу ,сказали послуги нема такої( дивно коли це є в кожному готелі) в іншому готелі мені працівники допомагають нести валізу до автобуса це близько.
-їжа звичайна як у всіх готелях -нічого особливого ! Ми майже там не їли.
Але саме головне інцидент який стався на сніданку!
Який мене вразив!!!!
«Оскільки я приймаю ліки, мені потрібно їсти двічі на день вранці -це один раз на тиждень такий день попадає ,оскільки жила 6 ночей це попало під час перебування в готелі.
«Чи можу я взяти трохи їжі зі сніданку до себе в кімнату, щоб поїсти пізніше?» після прийому ліків запитала я .Це були круасан ,сир ,огірок в лоток.нащо на мене накинулися і кричали , ніби я крала круасан що поставили не зручне становище перед відвідувачами на сніданку.я пояснила ситуацію що не їм багато знаю що ваш готель це забороняє виносити їжу ,але один день виникла потреба в цьому.( дивно турки дуже гостинні і коли жила в інших готель ніколи на було проблем) . І взагалі на сніданок працівники ніби контролюють що ти їси ,але елементарно води нема. В результаті я взагалі не їла принципово !
-карта в кімнаті останній день не працювала .
Тому такий відгук,є готелі менші де 3 зіроки ,але де тебе цінують ,як клієнта який часто в Стамбулі. Тому наразі є над чим працювати (хотя би з води в холі і на сніданок)
Ціна готелю завищена набагато!

Добрый и отзывчивый персонал на рецепции и ресторане.

Cons:

Грубый персонал в спа комплексе. Не было доступа до сауны, если там сидели не гости отеля, а «с улицы». Также в сауне расположены напитки, но они только для гостей которые не проживают в отеле. Пока я спал в номер зашла уборщица, хотя весела табличка «не беспокоить». И не знаю связано ли с этим, но на столе пропало 300 долларов.
