Pros:

Eigentlich alles. Das Hotel ist super für all inklusive. Nette Leute, guter Komfort. Preis Leistung ist sehr sehr gut.

Cons:

Der Aufenthalt war zu kurz;)

Pros:

-J’ai trouvé que le buffet était excellent avec beaucoup de variété et glaces veganes /options sans gluten.
-Le petit buffet du café près de la piscine était très pratique quand on avait raté le buffet au restaurant principal.
-Piscine extérieure chaufée était top pour nos enfants. Ils étaient très contents.
-Piscine intérieure pour les jours de pluie.
-La propretée des lieux.
-Le personnel était sympatique.

Cons:

-Le carrelage de la piscine intérieure était très glissant. Il y avait un advertisement visible sur une pancarte. On a évité de courrir mais malgré cela ma fille de 5ans a glissé en arrière et est tombée sur le dos.
-Notre chambre était au -1. Il y a quelques fenêtres sans verre. Probablement pour aerer le couloir. Il y a eu quelques jours de vent. Il fessait froid et beaucoup de courant d’air dans le couloir. Je ne recommande pas de loger au -1 avec des enfants qui ont les cheveux humides après la douche ou qui logiquement ne mettent pas de veste pour se rendre au buffet. Si on aurait voyagé sans enfants, le courant d’air au -1 ne m’aurait pas dérangé.

Még annál is jobb szálloda mint amire számítottunk.
Pros:

Remek szálloda csodálatos helyen.Nagyon kedves személyzet ragyogó tisztaság,tágas szoba kényelmes ágyakkal.A napi háromszori ingyenes buszjárat Funchal közponjába egy nemes gesztus a szálloda részéről.Az étkezésekre jellemző volt a széles ételválaszték nagyon finom ízekkel lehetetlen volt mindent végig kóstolni.

Az esti műsorok kicsit unalmasak voltak.

Pros:

Szép a szálloda épülete, szép a kilátás is. Közel van a reptérhez. Kedves, segítőkész volt a személyzet. Az ételválaszték megfelelő.

Cons:

A szálloda az óceánparton van, nagyon szeles. A medencék vize hideg volt. A szálloda tele volt, így az étkezéseknél gyakran várni kellett szabad asztalra. Reggelente a takarítók zörgésére ébredtünk.

gode senge, lækkert mad, liggestole til alle, flot udsigt, gratis shuttlebus til Funchal. Meget imødekommende personale.

Cons:

Kan ikke finde på noget, men jeg ville kede mig, hvis jeg skulle være der i 14 dage, hvor jeg sandsynligvis også ville tage 10 kg på

Mériterait presque 5 étoiles.
Pros:

Le personnel a été formidable, jusqu’aux femmes de ménage. Service excellent, au buffet ou à table. Très grande variété de plats à chaque repas. Beaucoup de places pour rester au soleil. Bière et sangria à volonté et à toute heure.

Cons:

Chambre côté nord un peu sombre, jamais de soleil. Piscines relativement petites, non chauffées et en mars, impossible de se baigner. Pas de plage. Cocktails peu alcoolisés et pas de qualité.

Good service, badly let down by poor and dated entertainment.
Pros:

Good food and service by Reception, Dining & Bar staff, is severely let down by POOR EVENING ENTERTAINMENT!!!

I have read many other reviews that state this, but RUI online reputation manager just repeats the same old thing, yet nothing is done!

The music is so slow that the performers sing and completely dated. They play old songs from the 60s that are so slow. There are absolutely no dance tuned, and certainly no songs from this century!

There is also zero engagement from the animation team.

It’s clear that there is cutting corners. Some of the shows were like watching teenagers do very basic performances from their dance schools!! I also felt like that I was being entertained as though I was in an old people’s home! The only exception was the ‘Hot Cross Bun Band’ and the Elton John tribute.

RIU Hotel Madeira needs to give its entertainment a real
revamp and update, if it is going to attract new guests.Entertainment such a let down compared to the RIU hotel we visited in Morocco last year.

pas de traduction en français ,les activités en soirée peu variées ,pas couette dans la chambre, peu de chaines TV en français.

Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals.
Die Vielfalt des Essens (war AI).

Cons:

Das Hotel ist primär für bequeme und ältere Personen Anlaufstelle als Pauschalreise.
Pauschalreisegäste erhalten ein weit günstigeres Komplettpaket als das mir gebotene.
Die Küche war mittelmäßig.

Fantastic from arriving big shout out to Maria Belim
Pros:

Maria Belim, fantastic lady, I really cannot thank her enough in everything she has done for us. Prior to us arriving in was having a very stressful time on the riu app and im normally calm and collected, unfortunately my father passed away. The room is beautiful the staff have been fantastic, flowers arranged for my room are absolutely gorgeous. Its been a difficult week but the hotel staff again have been great. The food has been lovely and fresh. The cleanliness is outstanding, free bus into town very popular and a great facility to be able to use. Great service of hospitality in all areas. Highly recommend
