First Central Hotel Suites

All good! Very accessible to metros! Stayed for a month! Food menu keeps repeating! Can switch between different options!

Well placed area for bussiness , good breakfast for the price

No bar and the food was not very good the fish was horrible

Good location, close to Metro station, good breakfast, strong wifi, nice pool and gym, comfortable bed, very spacious room. The bathroom could have been maintained better.

Toilet was dirty and hair parts were still all over the toilet.

My first time in Dubai and I've really enjoyed my stay at First Central Suites. The building is clean, the amenities are decent and having a kitchen/laundry in the room is a huge bonus.

As for the neighbourhood, Al Barsha is nice and has some action going on, but it's only a three minute walk to the metro if you want to go to The Marina or Beach or Downtown, etc. Groceries are nearby along with some nice restaurants and cafes if you're working remote.

I CHOSE HOTEL MAINLY BECAUSE OF EASY ACCESS BY METRO TO DUBAI INTERNET STN THEN ABOUT 7 MINS WALK TO HOTEL.I LOVED THE ROOFTOP POOL ABOUT 15 METRES SEVERAL SWIMS.ALSO LOVED FREE SHUTTLE BUS TO BLUE WAVES BEACH ENJOYABLE SWIMS IN ARABIAN SEA OVER 4 HRS & WOULD HAVE DONE MORE EXCEPT FOR WEATHER.EASY ACCESS BY METRO TO DUBAI MALL & SPECTACULAR BURJ KHALIFA.BREAKFAST GOOD VALUE & QUALITY 45 DIRHAMS & HAD LUNCH FINE ONE DAY.STAFF WERE GREAT FROM RECEPTION STAFF CLEANING & CONCIERGE.RECOMMENDED.

Just got back from a stay at First Central. Overall the stay was amazing, all of the staff were friendly, the friendly cleaners, the breakfast team and also the concierge team.

We had a baby and a toddler and they were always great with them and helping us in/out of Taxis. Mark at breakfast was especially great with the kids so thank you from Amelia

The classic King room we had was very spacious and ideal with children, breakfast was always good too.

Friendly and help staff with a great discount for long stays. Also has a pool and sauna. I stayed for five weeks and was very comfortable. The rooms are cleaned every two days.

The hotel suite we got had bedbugs, reported it to the management team but they treated us with disrespect and the customer service was bad. We had to check out right away the moment we found bedbugs. They even refused to reimburse us for checking out early due to bed bugs. They offered to transfer us to a different room but who’s to guarantee the other rooms don’t have bedbugs? It was disgusting. The rooms were so small and it was nothing like advertised on the website or Expedia. The AC barely works, it was suffocating. Worst experience ever.

All fairly good. No concerns. Will stay again if required.

There was some miscommunication between a few staff members and myself about late check-out procedures (I was given conflicting information by multiple people), but otherwise the staff are very helpful and friendly. My room was exceptionally clean and they take care of every detail when cleaning your room. This was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at; I would absolutely stay here again.

Property was presentable, hygienic clean and well maintained.

Our stay was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and overall service was very good. The hotel is about 7 min from the metros station and close to stores . A bit far from
Downtown but taxi was avail.

The hotel is in a great position. Short walking distance to the Metro and plenty of supermarkets and reasonably priced restaurants close. The rooms are Aparthotel and our room consisted of a sitting room with two small sofas, a small kitchenette, a bathroom with bath and shower over and a bedroom with a large bed. The kitchen had a two rings and a microwave. There was plates cutlery for two, only one bowl. No glasses which was annoying but we managed. Our kettle was missing one was brought up to our room quickly. The whole hotel is very clean not posh and the staff are very helpful and polite. We had an issue with our safe (which was including in the room at no extra cost) but it was fixed with a smile and good humour. On arrival there's the tourist fee to pay and we were asked to pay a 200 dirum deposit in cash which we didn't have at that time this didn't cause an issue and we weren't hassled for it.
The roof pool is fairly small and there are sunbeds up there; again very clean. The sun doesn't get to all parts of the roof all the day so there is shade which we didn't need as it was February and 30C. Pool was warm with clean changing rooms and a gym and spa which we didn't use.
There are buses to the various shopping Malls and Palm which we didn't need as were visiting a friend. The hotel states on its website that it runs a free bus to the Palm to their beach, this wasn't the case so don't book based on that.
Breakfast was ok but busy.
To sum up we would recommend.

Front desk and managers were really accommodating and welcoming. I got an upgrade to a apartment suite it was clean and has everything that I need for a short term and long-term stay. I use the gym every day and it was a nice touch to have a rooftop pool. Would definitely stay again when I'm back in dubai. The food options around were really good and lots of markets next door
