Hotel Riu Concordia

Дуже хороший готель, який залишив лише приємні враження. Чудове розташування – до моря всього 3–5 хвилин пішки. Пляж і море просто неймовірні, а щовечора можна милуватися красивими заходами сонця. Поруч із готелем знаходиться автобусна зупинка, що дуже зручно. Прямо з аеропорту можна доїхати автобусом без пересадок. Також легко дістатися до Пальми, щоб погуляти та оглянути місто. Навколо багато магазинів, кафе та ресторанів. Готель дуже чистий, прибирання номерів проводилося щодня. Персонал привітний та уважний. Окремо хочеться відзначити харчування. Шведський стіл чудовий, а меню вечері щодня змінювалося, тому завжди був великий вибір страв. Уся їжа дуже смачна. Особливо сподобалися десерти: різноманітні тістечка, желе, морозиво та свіжі фрукти. Із задоволенням повернулися б сюди ще раз і сміливо рекомендуємо цей готель для чудового відпочинку!

Sehr zentrale Lage zum Ballermann. Moderne und schöne Zimmer, sehr gute Auswahl beim Frühstück und Abendessen.
In 10 Minuten ist man am Flughafen mit dem Auto bzw. Taxi. 3 Minuten zum Meer und Strand.

Sprejem, sobe, hrana, bazen, čistoča, ultra prijazno osebje, lokacija, bližina morja...
Že pot iz letališča s taksijem odlično potekala, sprejemljiva cena, sprejem v hotelu hiter in profesionalen, soba udobna, klimatizirano, čista z balkonom. Poleg velik bazen, čist vzdrževan z obilo ležalniki in senčniki, ter nekaj naravne sence. Zajtrk in večerja zelo obilna in okusna delno klimatizirano ostalo na lepi terasi.

Air conditioning on a schedule (Absurd!): In the peak of the summer heat, the AC operated only during restricted hours. It is unacceptable to wake up in the middle of the night and not be able to sleep properly because of the stifling heat. When we complained at the reception, we were simply told: "these are our hours". Although the room has a ceiling fan, in such high temperatures it does nothing but spin hot air around. Without continuous air conditioning, the nights were a nightmare.
Sheets were never changed: Even though the room was cleaned daily, the bed sheets were not changed even once during our 7-night stay. The cleaning staff only pulled and straightened them. Since you are at the beach, the sheets remained sandy, which is completely unacceptable.
The Positives:
Staff: Very communicative, polite, and helpful at all times.
Food: Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a great variety of delicious options.
Rooms: The hotel and the rooms themselves were comfortable.
Conclusion:
It is pointless to have great food and a nice staff when you cannot get a good night's sleep due to the heat and have to sleep on sandy sheets for a week.

Essen war sehr gut und reichlich

Los empleados fueron super amables y atentos con nosotras. Llegamos a las 10 y nos dejaron disfrutar del desayuno e incluso nos dieron la habitación más pronto de la hora normal. En el buffet, todos los camareros fueron muy simpáticos y la comida muy variada. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y con aire acondicionado, aunque algo pequeñas.

Very clean and nicely furnished hotel. Nice large swimming pool. Professional and generally friendly staff. Very good food offering (especially dinner) - wide range of choices and good quality. Being welcomed by the restaurant manager and head chef when arriving for dinner is a particularly nice addition, along with some food being reserved for late check-ins (including myself), which was a nice surprise. Nice to have an outdoor bar as well.

Side note: This hotel and the area its in heavily skews to German, Austrian etc. tourists and I initially regretted not realising this before booking. If you are British and like to socialise with fellow hotel guests then you may want to look elsewhere but personally I didn't mind it at all. I still felt welcome as an English speaker and I actually enjoyed there being a German influence on some of the food (the meatball stew and chicken cooked in a beer sauce dishes were amazing).
