Pros:

The heated parking garage was nice and felt secure. Rooms and the rest of the facility was very clean.

Cons:

The bed was very hard and the hot tub was not working.

Comfortable and accommodating
Pros:

We enjoyed a lovely & well appointed room.
And enjoyed a good selection on offer with both the breakfast and supper menues. Attentive staff.

Cons:

Reception staff were efficient but could have been warmer & friendlier with their “first impression “ greetings on behalf of the hotel.
For the level of the room, china coffee mugs would have been appreciated
We always try to give housekeeping staff warm greetings when encountered, but response was flat.

The best hotel and location
Pros:

We lucked out and got an amazing rate on a member last minute booking. Check in was quick and friendly. The hotel is very clean from lobby all the way to our room. I love that you must use your room card to operate the elevator, more secure. We were on the 9th floor facing the freeway. Very very quiet. Ice machine close by.,The room had everything you needed. Has shampoo/conditioner/ body wash and lotion. Blow dryer as well. King size bed very comfortable. The pillows were too soft for us but the hotel said they would put on my account that we prefer firm pillows for future visits. There is no continental breakfast here. There is a breakfast buffet $18.99 for hot station which includes everything. $11.99 for cold station, cereals muffins etc. The hot buffet was worth the money. (Note if you order coffee you get a carafe if you order juice you get one small glass.) Food area clean and spacious. Staff work hard and were polite. Prices for the restaurant for regular meals lunch/dinner were very reasonable. ( Fish n chips $21.99.)
We also paid $20 +$1(gst) to park in the heated parkade. Very worth it. Plus vehicle safe as you are downtown.
Huge shopping mall a block away. Lots of restaurants nearby. There is also the Scotia Centre movie theatre close by.
I highly recommend this hotel!!!

Great place
Pros:

Nice location and great hotel. Have to say breakfast is the best

Cons:

When we checked in the attitude of the man checking us in was very poor,condescending and irritable.
We had issues with the booking and very rude he demanded my phone and emails for confirmation.....
We never received any information and had to ask him twice on what floor our room was, no vouchers for the next mornings breakfast that we paid for.
Mind blowing how he still has a job there.
