Pros:

This place is perfect for families with young children and they do a great job with all the facilities and activities for kids

Cons:

Basic hospitality service is not good enough for the price... bed was not comfortable. Steep gravel pathways up to the rooms - put in some pavement and stairs. Smell of sewage near the lower level pool

Super hôtel, plage magnifique, buffet exceptionnel
Pros:

Très joli complexe de petits bungalows bien dispersés.
Magnifique plage (bien que publique) avec une eau cristalline.
Buffet exceptionnel pour un all-inclusive, très varié, bien présenté et avec des ingrédients de qualité. Mention spéciale pour les huîtres, miam.
Bonne carte de boissons pour un all-inclusive.
Personnel multilingue aux petits soins, attentionné et professionnel.
Terrain de tennis et mini-golf bien entretenus.
Le concept des fontaines à eau potable dispersées partout dans l'enceinte est vraiment super.

Cons:

Pour cette catégorie de prix et d'hôtel, on pourrait tout-de-même attendre d'avoir assez de chaises longues et parasols pour tous les clients. Ce n'est pas le cas, et donc les clients doivent se presser le matin tôt pour réserver leur places, ce qui donne un côté vraiment cheap et bas de gamme. Dommage, le reste est vraiment high standing.
Les lits de la chambres étaient peu stables car montés sur roulettes, peu mieux faire pour ce prix.
Globalement cependant, très satisfaits.

Para destacar siempre el servicio, todos siempre disponibles con una sonrisa a ayudarte en lo que necesites.

Cons:

El animador infantil algo mayor, su actitud y trato no se condicen con la calidad del lugar.
Los postres son lo mas flojo de la comida.

Alles in allem super Hotel, sehr schöne, weitläufige Anlage
Pros:

Sehr nettes, kinderfreundliches Personal. Sehr schöner Strand und direkter Zugang. Sehr gute Organisation im ganzen Hotel (Essen, Transport innerhalb des Hotels)

Cons:

Leider ist die Toilette in den Zimmern nur durch eine dünne Glastür abgetrennt und das Waschbecken außerhalb, was mit kleinem Kind schwierig war, da es durch die Geräusche oft wach geworden ist

Pros:

Great staff, facilities and a perfect beach. The multiple bars each have a different atmosphere, so it never feels repetitive. You can easily grab drinks and snacks and be on the beach in just a short walk. Would definitely recommend.

Cons:

On the downside, the shower had a gap in the glass screen that let water spill onto the bathroom floor. The beach has public sun loungers and parasols available for around €15/day, but it would be a nice touch if the hotel provided these for guests. Minor issues overall, but worth noting.

O acesso à praia

Cons:

Buffet demasiado pequeno para muitas pessoas, muitas vezes ficávamos à espera mais de 7-8 minutos para uma omelette ou carne.
Aguas das piscinas muito frias, hotel com descida, as pessoas que ficam em quartos la em baixo tinha sempre que esperar os carrinhos virem buscar e como tem muitas pessoas às vezes demorava muito tempo.
Não existe mesmo um kids club para as crianças, apenas atividades durante 1 hora e meia, entao os pais que querem relaxar na verdade nao conseguem .
