A cama era extremamente confortável, as almofadas confortáveis, o quarto muito limpo.

The staff from booking in to cleaners, bar staff and restaurant staff very friendly. The food is very good and varied, plenty of choice. The hotel is so clean and plenty of sunbeds around the pools. Value for money and decent brands of alcohol.

My husband, young son and I travelled here for one week in late April and it was the absolute perfect family holiday for us.
Firstly, the hotel was incredibly clean from the front door to our room and outdoor areas. The staff at reception and within the restaurants were so kind and their manner was lovely towards my 2 year old.
There was plenty to keep him entertained, and we especially appreciated the small toddler pool up near the playground and kids club. Shallow enough to not cause concern and allow him to splash independently, and fully covered from the sun.
We were always able to eat with plenty of variety, and we loved the snack bar which provided us a quick lunch option if our son's nap ran over lunch hours, or we needed something to grab and go.
We would absolutely recommend and have discussed possibly returning in the next couple of years.

We have just come back from an 8 nights holiday.

From a nice short flight we arrived around 12ish. Our room wasn’t ready but I did ask Telma for a quiet room. We left the luggage in a safe room behind reception.

About 2pm our room was ready which is 2 hrs early which was excellent. Telma did give us a lovely quiet room on the 3rd floor which I did appreciate. The floors are higher than the usual 3rd floor as the ground floor has the restaurants then reception on the first floor. So it was a little higher than I prefer but, we had a lovely sea view. The room was a good size, plenty of space for our clothes etc. The sofa bed was converted into half bed and half seat which was handy. There is a fridge and a safe. The bathroom was a good size and had a bd. Also, there are handles to help you get into and out of the bath which are useful. There is shampoo/conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer. You do have to slam the door as it doesn’t shut automatically.

The restaurants had a good variety of hot and cold food. Our favourite was the Mediterranean restaurant. You won’t go hungry

There are 2 main pools, a child’s smaller pool and a splash park near the balcony seating area. The main pool has a swim up bar which is fun. The water is quite cold and it’s very lively.

There are plenty of sun-beds we opted to base ourselves up top on the balcony area which was less busy.

We played bowls and bingo in the day and there was also a pool party which was fun. The evening entertainment had a couple of very good singers/drummer and guitarist. The karaoke was funny. There is also a sports bar.

We walked to the harbour/beach which was quaint.

This is a medium sized clean hotel with beautiful flora and fauna . A lovely happy vibe and happy and helpful staff.

Hotel clean and well maintained, staff friendly, room cleaned daily. pool water quality regularly checked. Sunbeds very close together but plenty available so no need to put towels out. Pool towels available. Indoor pool 8am swim every morning children allowed in later in the day. No tea/coffee facilities in room. Recommend the hotel consider tea and coffee area in reception? Evening entertainment poor but the 80's live music was fantastic. Too many Karaoke nights, guests attempting to sing!!!! Vast selection of food buffett style in main restaurant. Disappointed with Mediterranean resaurant which you have to book. We were at the end of que, buffett style . Im not a big meat eater and the fish casserole dish empty. Asked for more told cooking for next sitting. Would be better as table service. Caught local bus to Vilamoura marina, lots of bars/restaurants but very few shops. Taxi to old town Albufeira one evening, very very busy. Uneven walkways not easy with mobility issues.
This is a family hotel with lots and lots of small children. We were a couple and so would not visit again.

Overall, this is a great hotel for families of all ages. For those with young children, it is well catered for. The hotel is situated just up the hill from the beach, where there are a few bars and restaurants worth visiting. The Old and New Towns are a short taxi ride away for those that want a more lively atmosphere.
The hotel itself was very clean throughout, the restaurants all served good food, you have to book the Oriental and Mediterranean restaurants. It would have been nice to have a restaurant that served, rather than the hustle and bustle of a buffet each night.
The pool area was busy, but there are quieter areas away from the pool, for example the decking area above the pool. The sun loungers are plentiful, but are placed very close together. They are also quite old and uncomfortable-a few had broken and should be replaced.
We were here as a family and it suited us for location, activities and the all inclusive element. If we were holiday in as a couple, we probably wouldn’t choose to stay here.

What an awesome resort, we were absolutely mesmerised by this hotel , we booked here for our first holiday without our kids ( who are grown up now ) when we checked in I let Annabella know that it was my partner birthday, she kindly arranged for a bottle of champagne for us , so a big shout out to Annabella for arranging that for us .
Food
The food was delicious. We couldn’t fault anything, from the breakfast to lunch and evening meals , we were spoilt for choice, you have to book the Mediterranean and oriental restaurants, we tried the Mediterranean, and that was outstanding,
Drinks
Drinks were also very good , cocktails available all day and beer on tap in self serve machines
All the staff at this hotel were very friendly and polite and went out of their way for you , big shout to all the bar staff and waiting staff
We will definitely return next year

Went here as a couple in June 2026. I will probably be echoing what a lot of other reviews have said.

Pros:

The hotel food was probably the best I’ve had in all my years of trying all inclusive restaurants.
The staff are friendly and nice
Very clean and rooms cleaned to a nice standard
Cocktails nice but did come from a machine
Did like the soft drinks on offer all day

Cons:

Had I have known this hotel was so busy with kids I probably wouldn’t have booked it, there is a huge area for kids pools and even a splash zone. The kidney shaped pool should 100% be adults only. As there isn’t much peace

Loads of sun loungers but like 20 in a row, would be good if they were in 2s or 4s etc to create a bit more space and privacy between families

One of the bar staff (female) seemed like she absolutely hated her job, never smiled once, always felt like an inconvenience to her, so much so I stopped asking for a straw

The rooms seemed a little dated to me and old fashioned and I hated the area between the lifts and my room it felt like a hospital but this is my first time in Portugal and not sure if they like things more old fashioned

The air con barley worked and didn’t seem cool at all in the rooms

If you are solo travelling or a couple I probably wouldn’t recommend this hotel if I’m being 100% honest

Lovely hotel very very busy with families with lots of children, would be nice if there was a small adult section for us older people and also the food is lovely but and it’s a big one the coffee is the worst iv ever tasted that needs work

Back from another amazing stay at this hotel. It was the most amazing holiday with our 2.5 year old daughter. Room was cleaned every day, food was amazing in all the restaurants - lots to choose from, great activities for all ages on every day and evening entertainment great. Our daughter loved the mini disco every night. Cannot fault this hotel at all!

From the moment we arrived at this lovely hotel we were very pleased with what we seen 😀 the reception area was a lovely spotlessly clean area run by such lovely helpful staff, check in was a breeze no problems 😊, our room was immaculate, clean,fresh great size,all the staff we friendly helpful and very hard working. The food was just amazing so much choice for everyone always fresh hot and replenished when needed pool area was amazing, plenty of sunbeds for everyone, so dont need to be up at 4am putting towels out 🤷so to end my review on this stunning hotel if your thinking of booking this for your holidays dont even think about it just book it and I'll be very surprised if you dont re-book on your return ,happy holidays 😎😎
