Hotel Riu Palace Jandia

Amazing experience at hotel Riu, we throughly enjoyed our stay! The staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a large selection of food for breakfast and dinner. Very clean and in a great location for shops.

This was our 9th visit. The hotel is very, very good. The town and the beach are quiet in that nobody bothers you.There are very few teenagers and no noisy clubs The hotel staff, as always, were excellent - particularly the dining room staff - the chefs and the waiters. The quality of the food is excellent. My only quibble is that they should change the menu in the fine dining restaurant occasionally.. It has been the same for the past three years.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Zimmer direkt mit Meersicht angenehmer als solche mit Blick auf den Pool.

Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel an einem tollen Strand in einer tollen Lage. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr schön. Der Balkon aber eher klein.
Aber sehr wichtig: Wenn Sie Pech haben, bekommen Sie ein Zimmer in Richtung des daneben liegenden Clubs und zugleich der Straße. Beides, Straße und Club (Animation und Musik), sind teilweise sehr laut und der Club (die Musik) ist bis spät am Abend auch durch die geschlossenen Schiebetüren des Balkons zu hören.
Wenn also möglich, bitten Sie unbedingt um ein Zimmer in eine andere Richtung!
Weiterer nerviger und inzwischen sehr unüblicher Punkt: Für den Safe muss man extra zahlen, immerhin (ich meine) 7 Euro pro Tag, sowas muss bei dem Gesamtpreis des Hotels wirklich nicht sein!

Très bel hôtel fort bien situé au bord de l océan avec une vue paradisiaque. Buffet très bon mais aurait pu être un peu plus varié au fil de la semaine. Insonorisation des chambres pas très bonne surtout côté circulation.

Die Location an dem großen Strand ist traumhaft und auch das Buffett fantastisch. Leider hat uns die tägliche Unfreundlichkeit und Unprofessionalität der front desk Mitarbeiter einen dunklen Schatten auf die Reise erbracht.Zusätzlich hatten wir durch schlechte Kommunikation der Mitarbeiter am Ende sehr hohe Zusatz Kosten mit denen wir nicht gerechnet haben. Für uns leider nicht weiterzuempfehlen.

7 dages ferie dejligt og roligt hotel. Fin beliggenhed, tæt på strand og by. Dejligt poolområde. Fin morgenmadsbuffet.

Najmocniejsze strony: duży pokój z wygodnym łóżkiem i częścią dzienną z sofą, spory taras, piękny widok, położenie nad sama plażą i bliskość do miasta i knajpek, niezle śniadania.
Słabe strony: czystość (pozornie czysto), brak ekspresu do kawy (dostępna tylko kawa instant uzupełniana o 3/4 saszetki co 2-3 dni, wiec zdecydowanie za rzadko, płatny sejf (22 euro / tydzień).

La estancia fue bien relativamente, pero que duda cabe que el hotel esta viejo y necesita reformas.

La plage devant l’hôtel est tout simplement magnifique, très bon hôtel, bon confort, très grande chambre avec terrasse, le restaurant très bon, je vous le recommande

Många trappor, svårt att förflytta sig många meter utan att möta en trappa. Besvärliga trånga spiraltrappor gör det svårt att hålla avstånd enligt nuvarande restriktioner rel.Covid. En av två huvudhissar under reparation 10 av 14 dgr. Kvarvarande huvudhiss nyttjades 60-70% av personal.
Stort trevligt rum. Utmärkt städning, mat ua.

Schönes grosses Zimmer, aber zu kalt und zu laute Musik am Abend. (Ohrenbetäubend)
