Cross Paasha Bali Seminyak

OMG! I loved this hotel, if your looking for a quiet place for a getaway I highly recommed. The hotel is beautiful the room are very large and very clean, you don't need to walk with toiletries everything was provided in the room. Everyone from the driver that picked us up at the airport to the staff at the from desk and resturant was awesome. It was my first time in Bali and they arrange everthing for us.

House keeping do an excellent job, they are so helpful and attention to detail is second to none. A special mention to Suma for his outstanding effort in cleaning and making my room.
Also a special mention to food and beverage service employees who are alway attentive and friendly. And a special mention to Mulya for leading and maintaining an excellent restaurant team.

We were unfortunately disappointed with our stay at this hotel in Bali. While it is advertised as a 5-star property, our experience did not reflect that level of quality.

The bathroom was not properly clean, the towels appeared worn and unclean, and the room had an unpleasant smell. In addition, the room service breakfast tasted unusual and did not meet our expectations for a hotel of this standard.

For the price and 5-star rating, we expected a much higher level of cleanliness, comfort, and overall service.

The only positive aspect of our stay was the location. The hotel is conveniently situated among shops, making it easy to walk around and explore the area.

Overall, while the location is great, we do not feel this hotel offers a true 5-star experience and would not consider it good value for money.

The hotel was amazing. It has eco-friendly aspects that make your stay even better. The benefits of the hotel made my stay in bali even better. The rooftop bar and pool were amazing. This hotel will make you feel the culture, religion and tradition. I highly recommend.

Cross paasha was a beautiful stay. The most accomodating staff and great locations near the hotel. Would stay again! :)

A little disappointed as Jetstar Holidays reviews have this hotel as a 5 Star but It is 3.5 or 4 at best if I'm being honest. Rooms are large and clean and the staff are great but in comparison to say the Double 6 Hotel which was rated a 4 Star, this hotel pales in comparison. With some investment in maintenance and upgrades it could easily be 4 Star. The food was fine but again limited in selection compared to other places I have stayed. Drinks were great and reasonably well priced but they need to be clearer with pricing as Happy Hour only applies to the restaurant and pool area and not the cocktail van located at the entrance to the hotel. The website pictures of the hotel are obviously when the hotel was new as it is a little dated now. Overall we still enjoyed our stay but they need to carry out maintenance on the worn out amenities at the poolside, improve the food menu and fix the front entrance to the hotel as we had to enter the hotel through the basement every day. Would I recommend this hotel - yes but shop around and compare it to other hotels at the same price point who may throw in some additional free extras such as free drinks and meals.

Cross Paasha is the only pllace i stay. It is in a great location in seminyak. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds , pillows and doonas are top quality and so comfortable. Pool area is lovely

actually i regretted booking that hotel the hygiene is bad, only decoration and rooftop is good but the vibe is not that good and bathrooms was dirty

The hotel is fantastic, staff are amazing nothing too much trouble for them. My only criticism would be the tiles on the pool floor they really need some attention before someone has an accident. Food was good and the most comfortable beds ever wished I could take it home with me.

Great location. Very affordable accommodation. Many good restaurants in this street. Lovely clean rooms with icy cold aircon. Turn down service everyday and tidying your room. Friendly staff happy to help with anything you need. I would stay here again. Love the atmosphere and the people of Bali. I always feel very safe when staying in the Seminyak area.

This hotel is not 5*. The hotel rooms especially the bathrooms need a good clean and the gym is not functional. However, the location is very central and the staff do deliver 5* service ensuring that all our needs were met. The food by the pool area is also very nice.

Well done to Andy , Tya and Bayu and every single team member making another great stay at cross paasha. Always helpful and kind . It’s lovely people like you that make these trips memorable. You are the reason we return!

We stayed here previously when it was called U Paasha and we love wverything about it. The staff are all so lovely and kind and the pool area is stunning! The restaurant food is wonderful and the rooms are really spacious with lots of added extras.
We eapecially like the 24 hour policy and it is great to not have to request late check out as ong as you leave within 24 hours if arrival

I came to celebrate my birthday and I absolutely loved the hotel.
The staff were so friendly and respectful.
Nanda was especially sweet and attentive. The food is good and has variety. The rooftop pool is lovely. Best part is it’s based right on a restaurant with a variety if restaurants and clubs and Spas.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The rooms were big and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We loved the roof top pool. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We will be back. The only negative was the breakfast. There should be more options buffet style

Smooth check in (great to see they got rid of having to download the Cross Pasha app), it was wonderful to be welcomed back with a smile.
Straight to a beautifully housekept room, soft bed and spotless bathroom.
Every hotel has a staff member that stands out, remembers your name and small details (how you take your coffee, favourite seat etc) and that person is Tia in the rooftop restaurant. Effortlessly dealing with the breakfast rush, always smiling and super cool. Sad to depart after four day stay but this is 12th time here and we’ll be back in June!

We stayed here as our last stop for our honeymoon, and it was the best choice!
The female host with glasses who helped us at check-in was so kind and made a great impression. She even upgraded our room when we mentioned it was our honeymoon — thank you so much!
Being able to stay for 24 hours before heading to the airport was such a big plus.
The pool water was warm and relaxing, and the breakfast restaurant served really tasty food.
Thanks to this place, we ended our honeymoon perfectly. 💛

another amazing holiday spent at Cross Paasha with the family. This was our 5th stay there and each time we stay its as fantastic as the last. the location, the rooms and facilities are all great not to mention the generous size rooms but most of all the amazing staff who cannot do enough for you and always with a smile. we love staying at Cross Paasha and we intend to go back next year.
