Profesjonalne i życzliwe podejście do mojej sprawy. Rezerwacja była dokonana w opcji bezzwrotnej, bez możliwości odstąpienia od kosztów w przypadku rezygnacji, a mimo to hotel wykazał się dużym zrozumieniem i elastycznością, pozytywnie rozpatrując moją prośbę o bezkosztowe anulowanie. Takie podejście do gościa buduje ogromne zaufanie i pokazuje wysoki standard obsługi. Zdecydowanie polecam i z przyjemnością skorzystam z usług hotelu w przyszłości.

Чисто, тепло, зручно.

Cons:

Складно добратися до готелю вночі. Мій рейс затримався і я прилетіла о третій годині ночі. Зʼясувалось, що визвати ні убер, ні болт у цей аеропорт неможливо, є тільки якесь місцеве таксі. Я не додумалась подзвонити на рецепцію, аби вони допомогли мені із цим питанням. Не будьте як я)
