L’hôtel est vraiment super bien placé ce qui m’a permis de visiter bordeaux très facilement
Pros:

Il est vraiment très bien situé.
Le lit était très confortable.
Petit déjeuner correct
La gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Les escaliers avec moquette vieillotte.
Joints des douches un peu abîmés
Il faisait très frais également j’ai eu froid au milieu de la nuit

Literie, personnel très à l'écoute et la localisation

Cons:

Bruit de la ventilation dans la chambre, les chambres sont très usées (lampe HS, peinture dégradée, chambre mal insonorisée...) Et c'était sale par terre, nous avions les pieds noirs quand nous marchions pieds nus

Pleno centro, Desayuno malísimo
Pros:

ubicación pleno centro, con tranvia al aeropuerto a 4 calles, y a terminal trenes a 3 calles,

Cons:

el desayuno un desastre, el peor , no vale la pena, te cobran 13 euros y ni bananas hay, sin variedad, el café malísimo

Las camas muy estrechas pero comodisimas. El personal amable y dispuesto.
Completamente en el centro del centro de la ciudad.

Cons:

Esta antiguo, el baño pequeño , aunque las camas súper cómodas y la ducha muy calentita y limpia.
Quizás el espacio y lo espartano en general. Muy básico

Déception malgré le personnel très aimable, la propreté et l’emplacement

L’emplacement, le calme.

Cons:

Nous venons presque tous les ans . Cet hôtel se dégrade. On nous a soit disant surclassé mais pour avoir une chambre très moyenne dont la chasse d’eau ( grand jet) des toilettes fuyait , avec un pauvre radiateur à bain d’huile dont une roulette était cassée. La douche sentait les égouts. Nous ne sommes pas difficiles mais peut-être nous ne reviendrons pas car le rapport qualité /prix n’est plus aussi intéressant. Dommage car cet hôtel est vraiment bien placé et le personnel très aimable.

Destaque principal é Marinela que nos recebeu com muita gentileza, alegria e acolhimento. Ela fala muitos idiomas, e muito bem, e achei ela uma simpatia, já fez uma excelente impressao no hotel logo na chegada. O hotel é muito bem localizado. A um quarteirao da praca principal, na rua do lado das lojas de departamento, na frente da Lafayete. Sair para comer a noite é delicia, voltar andando super pertinho depois. Cama deliciosa, quentinha e confortavel, nao precisamos ligar aquecedor. A area da recepcao é super acolhedora, com croissants e agua saborizada recebendo a gente na chegada com muita gentileza. A area do café da manha é especialmente aconchegante, e fica aberta durante o dia, presumo que seja possivel passar um tempo ali esperando um hospede. O chuveiro é bom, mas o vidro do box estava meio capenga e precisei ter cuidado para abrir e fechar. As instalacoes do banheiro sao um pouco antigas. Super indico o hotel e se puder dar sugestoes seria um espelho maior no quarto e penduradores para casaco, toalhas. Quando estamos viajando, ter locais para pendurar as roupas faz bastante diferenca. Mas isso nao comprometeu a estadia.

It was ok, except for the smell coming out of the bathroom drain
Pros:

The room was big, it was clean and someone comes in daily to keep it neat and tidy.

Cons:

There was the sewer smell coming out to the bathroom drain, my husband solved this by putting a plastic cover on top of it and then opened the windows. Unfortunately, given its very central location it can also get quite noisy.
