Pros:

La amabilidad y empatía que tenían Víctor y Chema, que son los recepcionistas que traté. Yo soy una persona con discapacidad, tengo movilidad reducida y la verdad que no tengo palabras de lo bien que se portaron conmigo, yo suelo viajar, y es la vez que me he sentido más cómoda y mejor atendida. Gracias chicos sois los mejores

La ubicación del hotel es excepcional, la habitación fue cómoda y el personal de recepción fue agradable en todo momento. Relación calidad-precio bastante bien para pasar un fin de semana en Zaragoza.

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in.
Pros:

This is quite possibly the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff were lovely and it had parking, which was a bonus but they are very tight, small spaces and access is very tight.
We could hear the plumbing and water running through the pipes all night.
The guy next door snored all night!
The people above had their tv in so loud we could hear every word that was being said.
They the latecomers arrived in high heels and one of the women laughed for about an hour.
The beds were hard as were the pillows.
Next morning the noise started around 6.30am.
On the plus side the water was hot and plentiful.
Not the hotels fault but a lot of restaurants do not open on a Wednesday.
Getting out along the myriad of tiny streets was a nightmare took us 20 minutes to find a main road.

Céntrico pero un poco caro para lo que ofrece
Pros:

La ubicación es increíble, está a cinco minutos literalmente de la basílica, por lo que moverse es muy fácil, tienes todo lo turístico bastante cerca.

Cons:

La habitación era pequeña y encima se escuchaba todo de las demás habitaciones, haciendo muy difícil dormir. Esto no sería un gran problema pero por lo que nos costó una noche esperaba más...

A very nice place to stay provided your room is not at the front

Very comfortable & convenient for attractions such as the Basilica & for cafes & bars.

Cons:

Our room was located on the front of the building. On each night the noise from the street around 3-4am was disturbing. The hotel staff or local police need to try and stop this excessive anti-social noise right in front of the hotel.
