Nice, clean and modern hotel at a great price. Setting is in a rather industrial area, but ok.
Pros:

Breakfast was substantial. Staff brought us a cappuccino and americano from another area.

Cons:

Had a bit of trouble getting the HVAC system to work. Front desk had to come up to get it working.
