Hotel très agréable et bien placé
Pros:

La situation proche de la gare plein centre, l’animation environnante et le calme de l’hôtel au fond d’un jardin. La disponibilité du personnel d’accueil. La chambre agréable avec vue sur les toits et confortable avec super matelas et salle de bain bien agencée. Le tout très propre.

Cons:

La Clim ou la ventilation bruyante même Clim éteinte et les voisins bruyants avec télé tard dans la nuit (légèrement baissée quand j’ai tapé au mur)

Welcoming hotel, quiet and clean yet in the centre of Reims
Pros:

Old French charm. Simple but clean. Air con very welcome in the current heatwave. A bit of outside space and right in the middle of the restaurant area yet set back from the street.

Après avoir réservé sur Booking j’ai reçu un mail en me demandant de payer la chambre de la part de Booking. Ça s’est avéré d’être un arnaque. J’ai appelé l’établissement le jour même. Ils m’ont confirmé qu’il s’agissait de l’arnaque et que bcp de leurs clients ont subi le même faute à piratage de base de données mais etait très agressifs dans leur propo: j’ai expliqué que vue la situation je vais être débitée du coup deux fois, monsieur a dit que « qui loge dans son établissement il paye » et a fait comprendre que ce sont pas ces soucis. Jamais un mot d’excuse ni juste envie d’aider avec cette situation, en regroupant par exemple les plaintes clients et en les faisant parvenir au Booking. Rien. Attitude très arrogante.
