When we arrived at 4pm the room was still not ready for another hour and a half. The room once given were not on the same floor as requested either. We were then told they will try again the next day. The room I was in had a leak coming from the ceiling in the bathroom and when we complained they said it was not a serious enough issue to change rooms. After being mg adamant they gave us 2 rooms on the same floor but the light switches didn’t work well and the room could have been cleaner. Overall the pool was great and the view was amazing. I guess you get what you paid for. The tall man at the reception was accommodating. Thank you

Jättebra hotel ligger perfekt till, hotellrum och frukost bra, värt för priset, pool på taket! Rekommenderas vi hade en 7 månader bebis och precis gift oss, fanatiskt upplevelse i Istanbul

Je vous conseille de ne pas réserver la chambre 507 ( fenêtre condamné, chambre catastrophique ).
La réceptionniste qui manque de professionnalisme .
A part ça, tout etait correcte.

We stayed here for 7 nights, the room is small by American standards, but it is a European size. At least you can easily walk. A week before, I wrote to the hotel via WhatsApp and asked for a room with two beds, because I was staying with my sister. The front desk responded amazingly. We got a clean room with two beds (the mattresses were comfortable and good). Only one minus, I asked for another pillow and he promised, but did not say when, so we never got it ... but this did not upset us and I had a feeling that he would forget about my request as soon as I left, and so it happened. The sheets are white, the towels are thick. All the staff are very attentive, kind and ready to help. Breakfast is a separate story. It is so big, it is not continental, the breakfast is more than contemporary ... The area around the hotel is very convenient. 11 minutes from the Aksaray bus stop where we arrived from the IST airport in just 1 hour and $ 6, also the hotel is 5 minutes from the Vezneciler metro ... also the tram is 2 minutes walk to all the museums. Next time I will choose this hotel. Quality and location are important

Did the job but other guests noisy and hotel is old and run down (you get what you pay for..)

Chambre double avec 2 lits simples côte à côte, vraiment pas top. Petit déjeuner identique toute la semaine, sans micro ondes pour réchauffer son lait par exemple. Chambre minuscule sans mobilier de rangement pour les vêtements. Seul l’emplacement de l’hôtel est bien.

I don’t know why the room was so poor. Maybe, we chose the lower price? The room was too dark to know whether it was clean or not. The fridge and TV were completely broken. (Why didn’t they remove them?)
The good point is the accessibility: the hotel is close to T1(Tram), which goes to Sultanahmet and Eminönü, and M2(Metro), which goes to the Istanbul airport.
The hotel staff are friendly, but I don't know whether they were well-knowledgeable about the access to touristic spots.

I have never stayed this kind terrible hotel before. The equipment, such as TV, electric pot, fridge and light is completely broken or very poor. As for cleanliness, they didn't seem to clean the room.

The good points are the price and the location. We can access to many touristic spots easily.

Our stay was okay though the towels are so old and they don't clean the bathroom just dusting and that's it .
